My uncle is already in assisted living here. We just like the atmosphere. The staff members are very attentive, and they'll call you for everything. The food is very good. They do activities with them, and they take them on trips. There's a washer and dryer, a microwave, and a refrigerator in the room. They have a courtyard, too.

Mira Vie at Warren was very nice but the girl who I was supposed to meet with wasn't there so they made me wait 30 minutes for another person to give me the tour. They offered me food and water, while I was waiting, which was nice. It's a very nice place that has all the activities and nice apartments. It's a whole separate section for independent living, which has its own kitchens, staff, and even cooks. The rooms are very nice. I thought they were advertising it at $3,200 but when I was sitting there waiting and started looking at the brochures, it said $3,600. That was already out of the budget. The staff also said that not everything was included, so now my mom is going to pay for cable, electricity, and heat, too. Their whole push is that they have unlimited food, which is fine but they're also giving people a full kitchen, and these kitchens inside their apartments are very nice, so I asked how much they can get the price down if we don't do the meal plan. She said they are willing to knock off only $200 bucks a month. They offered me a sandwich, which I didn't take, some fruit, and some crackers. They also gave me a little take away wrapped in a fancy little box. Just some cookies and stuff, which were good.

It is beautiful and very clean. I love the homey atmosphere. The staff is always very professional, friendly, and accommodating when we visit my mom. I feel that we made the right choice for her.

We toured the independent living. It was just a really nice apartment, beautiful, I liked the idea that they could have their meals brought over, but that the people are more cognitive and healthy, so of course my mother would have more socialization. The staff was informative, they seemed to be honest, and they shared a lot. It was clean.

Mother has been here for three weeks now, and everything is going well. I have a friend whose mother is there, so she recommended it. I went there to visit, and we loved it, so I went back right away to put a deposit on them and got her in there as quickly as possible. The staff is very helpful and very professional. The whole place is beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better place. It feels like home, the people are nice, and it's clean. She gets meals, and the food is fine. They have a lot of stuff going on all day long, and it's really up to the individual to participate or not, i.e., movies everyday, video games, and bingo. I would definitely recommend them. Everything is perfect about it.

It seemed nice. It was the first one I visited. I have a friend of mine whose wife is in there. She has been there a couple of years now. My friend seems to be pretty well satisfied with the place. It is a nice community. It seems to be a good place. The woman who gave me a tour was very nice.

It was a very nice place. I like the atmosphere. There were a lot of reading rooms and quiet places to sit and do stuff. The staff was very nice and very friendly. I just don’t think that would be for my father, but I would have liked it.

We went to tour. I live in the area, so I’ve driven by it many times. I thought the place was immaculate; very clean. I thought it was a place that had elegance and sophistication. I did not get the feeling that it was a nursing home. I found it to be a very quiet place and that’s what I was looking for specifically for my father-in-law. The person who took us around -- her name was Melanie -- was very helpful. The apartments that we saw were lovely. I thought the rooms were spacious. They had very high ceilings. I saw the dining area. It seemed very nice. I did see the daily menu. It seemed fine. We saw the big calendar of activities, but that wasn’t really our main issue. My father-in-law is not a "joiner," so that’s not our concern. It certainly would have been the place I would have liked my father-in-law to go to if he decided to do this, but he decided not to. I thought the entire place had a really nice atmosphere; quiet and calm. I would recommend that others go and see it.
