"Mira Vie at Clifton is a fairly new place. It's got assisted living and memory care, but I was there primarily dealing with memory care. The place is new. It had a very attractive modern look. I had one person who went with me and she was excellent. She knew what she was talking about and I thought she presented the facility in a very honest and useful manner. The dining area looks attractive, but I didn't eat anything there. I visited there in the afternoon. People were interacting with each other, but I didn't see anything formal going on. I liked the facility. It was perfectly clean."

"This facility was actually great even though it's in the middle of nowhere, but it actually gives of this serene and calming feeling to anyone that spends even a day there. The territory of the facility is vast and large and the trees give of the nature feel to the experience. The outside looks a little out dated but nonetheless it is well kept and people seem to enjoy what they are doing. The inside is very large and contains many senior citizens. They all look happy but sometimes get tired of the nature and outdoors. But when this happens they still have a lot of activities to attend to end their boredom. "

"The home looks beautiful, completely new, and cozier then i could have ever imagined. Luckily, the town of Florham Park is close to my home making it an easy trip for visits. I actually use to play baseball there. It is a friendly town and this is shown through the quality and attitude of the workers at Wynwood. All of the nurses and various other staff were extremely friendly which is a quality falling by the way side more and more. My aunt claimed to love the facility, the rooms, even how she was taken care of in terms of food and dining. It was an overall warm and genuine experience. One aspect that worries me some was the traffic out front of Wynwood. The home is on a busy stretch of road. Not only is it an eye sore, but the traffic was horrendous the day my aunt, my mother and I went to visit. Hopefully this was only a rare experience of heavy traffic and this home is not constantly bombarded with transportation noise. The price is right and the location is great considering how close it is to my home. Also, there are three extremely high quality hospitals only 5 minutes away which allows my aunt as well as my family good peace of mind. This assisted living home is a real keeper. "

"I toured LIVIA Health & Senior Living looking for long-term care for my parents. It's beautiful, clean, and very modern. The staff and my tour guide were very friendly. They have multiple community areas and multiple dining rooms. It is one of the things that I like. The rooms were kind of spacious. The bathrooms were beautiful, and that's important for people who are in wheelchairs. It's definitely spacious and clean. I know they have a good physical therapy department and an occupational therapy department. They also had a small gathering space that families can use as a private room. There was a beautiful outdoor space for the residents and visitors. Everything looked very new, so no complaints there."

"I toured Brighton Gardens of Florham Park. The people are very friendly. They have experienced staff on hand who take care of the people there. It was very clean and modern. It was exceptional in many ways. I wish my home were as good as Brighton Gardens. The staff was very accommodating, very friendly, and knowledgeable. The size of the rooms was good for a single person. It's enough to make you feel at home. The dining area was nice. It was restaurant-style."

"Brighton Gardens has some beautiful facilities in a very convenient location right off of Route 22. It is located in a wonderful, wooded environment and plenty of programs are available to those that are staying at the facility. After touring and participating in many events located at the facility over the years, I can attest to the high quality of living that I would be extremely happy to have the honor of receiving when its my turn to participate in assisted living. One example of the many programs available at Brighton Gardens is the new spring flower planting course, which happens to be run by a local Eagle Scout hopeful. In the class, those living at the facility will learn how to plant and take care of spring flowers in their own, hand-built planters with a team of experienced instructors. All in all, Brighton Gardens is a place I would feel safe leaving any one of my family members, including my very own parents and myself."

"My boyfriend's dad is now at Atria Cranford. The nurses are great. The aides are wonderful. The room is cramped, but it works. They try to get everyone involved in activities. I thought that was really good for my boyfriend's dad to get involved and socialize, especially with dementia. They do physical therapy and occupational therapy covered through Medicare. They have bingo. They have movie night. They have church. They have checkers. There is a huge board with huge round disc for bingo. It's fun for them because they have to stand up. It's a team effort to get the bingo done together because the bingo board is so big. It takes three people to play one card, so it gets them involved by doing that. They encourage everyone to eat together, which is really nice. So far, no complaints with the food. The staff is wonderful. They seem to all be compassionate. The only thing that I don't like is that a lot of them speak Spanish. When I went to visit my boyfriend's dad, I was trying to talk to an aide to find out how he was doing. She didn't understand me because I guess she didn't speak English. This kind of bothered me because I like to have people that I can talk to and find out how things are going. Other than that, the staff seem really great."

I'm was so impressed with independent living units/apartment. Each unit offers unique layout with state of the art amenities. The units are perfect for seniors who demand perfection. The lobby is so welcoming and truly represent a high end senior's living. facility. "

"This is an expensive but well-maintained and competently-run facility largely populated by well-heeled, demanding residents with no shortage of petty complaints. The rooms are nice, if small, and the food is very good. There is an abundance of activities and trips, and the staff is kind and energetic. "
