Maybe if they had better training. A few of the caregivers were not very good. I would like to see them being more proactive to help. I have had to really push them to make me some food.

I had a list of business things we needed to do, and we accomplished everything. She was very helpful because my eyes are bad and I can't see. I've only had her once so far. There is nothing that could have been better. I can never call them directly, it was always sends me to a lady who says it's an on-call number.
