We don't have to worry about mother. They call us if they have questions. They take care of her every day and it is 24-hour care. They have just been amazing to work with. They act quickly if we have an issue with an aid if they can't show up, they find someone to replace them. They are like family and take care of mother fine.

My mom has three caregivers and they are all good. In the past, she's had others that weren't as good. They are primarily there to help her get out of bed and get her something to eat. It depends on the caregiver. The agency is responsive.

The caregivers need to check more on what my mother specifically needs for care, instead of just sitting there to entertain her and watch movies with her. They are the only company we have used, and the experience has been average overall for the care, but that is somewhat due to my mother being a bit difficult in understanding why they are there, so it's hard to fully recommend just yet.
