They have just been good with my husband, they relate well with him and are helping him with his needs right now. He is special to me and I want him to have good care and that is what they are providing. They help him with that is needs or whatever is needed at the time. They help him with his bathing.

The agency needs to have people who have their own vehicles and not show up late. The agency needs to have people that know what they are doing. As opposed to people that would rather play on their phone.

I understand by law that CNAs are able to do so much, but they didn't insist my loved one to do things that they really needed to do. The care did allow my loved one to stay in their home a little longer. I thought the price was pretty high for what the caregivers offered. Because the caregivers were not able to convince my loved one to do things, that left a lot for me to do on my plate.
