I am a resident here at Cedar Pointe Apartments. I don't mind it at all here, but I'm just looking for a little bit cheaper place. There are 2-bedroom and 1 bedroom apartments here, but they're kind of small. The 1-bedroom is a little bit bigger, but that's fine. I'm fine with where I'm at. This place is fine for individual people. It's not like those living places where they have all the catering meals. It's an independent type of thing. We don't have amenities here. We have a barbecue pit. And we do have a guy that comes in every once in a while and plays the piano. So, we have live music every once in a while. Some of the residents here still work, so we do our own thing. I haven't had any problems with maintenance. Some people do, but I don't. They keep the place clean. We have staff that helps people out when you have questions, and they're very nice.

I really liked the grounds at Cedar Pointe Apartments. Everything was really neat and clean. It was modern and new. The staff was very nice. I liked the apartments. They're a little small, but they were a really cute little place with very friendly staff and friendly residents. They don't serve food. You're all on your own (which I prefer), but if you want to go eat at a table with your neighbors, you can certainly do that. They have a little kitchenette area down there where they have the tables. As far as activities, the residents organized them and got them going.

Very poor management! It's a brandnew apt. But complex has already had a major water leak. Tenants cannot access building from a very important door in back cause they refuse to fix. Management can only blame its problems on pandemic.

Cedar Pointe Apartments looked like a hotel. It was a very nice and new building. Across the street, there was a lot of shopping, including a Safeway. It's very nice, it had a clean interior, and it's all brand new. It's just opening and they're still filling the apartments. We looked at two apartments, and they were both very nice. It was a good experience. They don't have meals that I know of. The gentleman who showed us around had me fill out an application. He was very nice and very helpful. He showed us two apartments. They have a room with computers for the residents. It's a very nice place. The apartments were clean and brand new. There was plenty of room, and the closet spaces were nice. I love having a washer and dryer in there, and they had nice balconies. It was very clean, modern, and up to date, and they had microwaves in the kitchen. The kitchens were really nice.
