I am staying in Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point. They're providing the food, and their food is very good. I like the employees. They're very nice and attentive. The place is very clean. It's a fairly new facility. So, it's not really old. It is very well decorated and very nice. It has lots of different rooms and different activities.

I toured Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point. It was elegant, beautiful, and it was just a nice place. The staff was nice. The dining areas were like restaurant quality. Everyone was so nice and professional. Jackie was so friendly and lovely to deal with.

Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point was beautiful. It looked nice. They knew that I was looking for a two-bedroom-two-bath; however, towards the end of the tour, the staff did not realize that they had no two-bedroom-two-bath. She wasn't experienced. The upkeep was very nice. As for the transportation, they can only do Tuesdays and Thursdays if they need doctor's appointments. The dining area was clean and nice.

Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point is beautiful. The food is delicious, and many options are available. They are welcoming and caring. The apartments are very big and well-appointed. They have different floor plans, but what we toured was a one-bedroom apartment. They also have memory care, which is good for the future. The staff is excellent. They're very friendly and very helpful. You could tell that they love and care about their residents.

My mom has been a resident from approximately month 2 of Fields Senior Living being open. The facility is beautiful. There have been wonderful, passionate people in each position and they don't last. Turnover is incredible, creating a constant need for systems, procedures, training to be "cleaned up" or even established. The "peace of mind" advertised has not been our experience. There have been "dedicated staff" that we've loved but I question the owners goals as these dedicated staff seem to disappear.

I toured Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point. It was pretty clean. I looked into the cleanliness and how they take care of their facility. It looked pretty nice to me. The room was fine as long as it was just for one person. I looked at the one-bedroom and then the other, and it looked clean. It seemed as though people were getting along pretty well, and there were little groups of people in different places, going down the halls, I was greeted nicely. It looked like a friendly place. I mainly dealt with just one lady. We went into the office and we discussed the issues. She was very polite and very willing to hear what I had to say, and I listened to what she had to say.

I toured Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point. The location was decent, the price you get is what you pay, and the size of the units seemed to be good. The prices were a bit lower than some of the others, but yet it's a quality place, and how it's decorated and everything is quite good. The people were quite friendly and helpful, and I didn't feel rushed. They have the RN/LPN available during business hours, they are on call 24/7. It was relatively new and seemed to be in good condition. They have meeting rooms, they have different activities, and bible studies. They have people come in through services. They have different places where people hang out or could meet the group.

Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point is very new. It's clean and nicely designed. Kathy was amazingly helpful, friendly, and patient. I don't think their occupancy is very high right now because they are extremely new. So, we didn't get into specific activities and things like that, but they have the standard activities. The generator equipment though wasn't very conveniently located.

Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point was a beautiful location, and was very professional. It was lovely. The rooms were nice. They were shared ones and that's all they had. The single ones were all unavailable. They showed me the dining area and the library. The place was very updated. It's new and very modern.

I was very impressed with Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point. I liked that it was still a family-owned organization. It wasn't nationwide because the bigger you get, the more challenging it is. Just doing a walkthrough, I liked the friendliness of the people who work there. It had a good feel and all the technical parts of what they provide. The staff was very warm and friendly. She did great. I know they offer the meals and all the food. It's a newer facility. It's only been there maybe three or four years at the most. It has more spaciousness as far as design. It impressed me because you get all these services. They clean your room, and they change your bed. I just said, "Hey, when can I move in?" They had the courtyards, the bistro, quiet rooms, libraries, game rooms, and just all of the amenities.

My mother-in-law moved to Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point. Location is the primary reason why we went there. It's just eight minutes from our place. I think the food is good there. They have a special every day for dinner, and several choices that are always available. They have a movie theater, a hair salon, numerous living areas, and common areas with furniture in them and stuff, a library, and they have a van where they take them out for drives and take them to locations. They're all very helpful and very eager to help you. Their activities coordinator is as bubbly as you can get, and so the staff has all been very good there for us so far. I know they've had issues. They've had a lot of turnover, and I know there's a lot of complaints among the staff between themselves, but they're trying to fix that. They've got some new people in there, so we'll see how it goes overall. Whenever you get a full new staff, you've got to work for that chemistry and cohesiveness in their group. I think they're going in the right direction now. The facility is new. It's a really nice facility. They have a workout room and a billiard room. They've got a lot of things they could do there any time of the day.

I found Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point, and I'm moving in next weekend. It's a fabulous place. It is, and they have a lot of amenities. It's set up well, very homey, and the apartments are nice. They're pretty roomy. I got a one-bedroom and it has a little kitchenette, and I'm happy to move in there. They have a refrigerator and a microwave. There's no stove. The alarms are set sensitive and they don't want you to cook too much in there. They have three meals a day. They have a little bistro where you can go at any time, day or night for snacks. There are three floors and they all mirror one another. So, there's a dining room and a pool table in one little area, and they all open to the hallway. They have a TV movie room. It's just set up nicely and, has very easy access to everything. You can have them do your laundry that's extra, or, there's a small laundry room that you can use. It's just I'm really excited. They have transportation to doctors and they take you shopping. There's a mall right across the freeway that has all kinds of stores and stuff. There's a good Mexican restaurant right next door. It's just very handy, there are a lot of medical facilities in the area. The staff was very friendly, she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The dining room Is served restaurant style. When you walk in, they come in and give you a menu, and check your order, which is kind of nice. It's only a year old, and it smells new.

My tour at Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point was really good. It's a beautiful facility, but it's quite pricey. The location was nice, except it's not attractive because it's on a very busy street with parking lots everywhere and no greenery. It was a very sterile type of location, lots of cement. The staff who gave the tour was very nice and very helpful, probably not as knowledgeable as some of the other places we went to, but she was very friendly. Their dining area facility was beautiful, and everything about the place was really nice.
