My father-in-law has decided to stay at Colonial Manor. The cleanliness is good. They keep everything very clean, but it just needs some updates. Nevertheless, we have been blessed because of the staff. They are very caring about what they do. Every Wednesday residents go on field trips to different restaurants and to the senior center. There are also some church activities going on on Sundays. We have had a very good experience with the staff; however, the place needs some sprucing up. They could do more activities, but I don't know whether they're fully staffed to handle that. They bring somebody else from the outside to do activities with the residents. It is a great value for the money.

Stay away! Mental patients with anger outbursts out number the assisted living residents. No safety guidelines. Not enough help. Anyone can walk in.
