My husband and I have been living at Norcroft Apartments. I love the place very well because the rooms are nice and spacious. The bathroom is a big enough for my husband and I. The staff is wonderful. They have quite a few programs. They take us out to grocery stores and to where I get my hair done. They have exercise and also have certain days for seniors like music day. I like that because I don't get a chance to get out much. They have transportation, so I like that a lot. The food and the dining room are wonderful. The food is good. I'm diabetic, and they make sure I have the right meal. It is wonderful. The facility is really good. My husband and I really don't have anything to worry about. You can see the security walking around, and the doors are lock automatically.

I reached out via email and twice by phone and left voice message four days ago requesting info regarding income guidelines. I have yet to receive a courtesy response email or return call. How terribly rude and unacceptable (especially since Norcroft recording indicated that a return phone call would be made the next business day. I'm thinking this initial encounter would be the first of many disappointing interactions with Norcroft Townhomes. I am now withdrawing my interest in possibly seeking residence there.
