When I had to make that difficult decision for care for my husband, I visited many assistant living locations. This was all new to me and scary at the same time. I asked a lot of questions and had high expectations. Very happy I found Ultimate Care by God’s Angels. The small home setting was important to me. The owners and caregiver were very warm and friendly. My family and I were welcome to come by anytime without advance notice.
I would recommend Ultimate Care by God’s Angels to anyone seeking a special home for their loved one. You will find the caregiver really cares as well as the owners.

This is the 3rd home and we wish we had found it first. The staff are everything in a place like this and at the home they are exceptional. Smiling engaged and polite to all the relatives and kind, caring and in some instances full of love. Always treated with respect and as a member of the family.

I visited this facility
My father in law moved in here recently after he had a stroke and needed extra care and assistance with his day-to-day activities. The staff are absolutely amazing. very Professional and compassionate and go above and beyond to make sure that each resident is well looked after. They did everything possible to make sure that my father-in-law has the best care. The home exceeded our expectations. The Facility Is clean and welcoming. My father in law has become more social and active since being there there. I’m so happy to know that he’s extremely well taken care of and that his health is monitored daily. Along with the excellent care provided to each resident they provide delicious and nutritious meals specialized activities and programs housekeeping and 24 hour emergency response. each resident also receives personal support with aspects of their daily routine medication administration and escort to meals and activities. If you’re looking for a place for your loved one this is it look no further.

We have a total capacity of 6 residents in each of our 3 beautiful houses in Spring and Woodlands TX area. Average age of our residents varies but we cater to all age groups. We have some residents in their mid-50's and some go up to mid-90's. Their favorite things to do are to participate in activities.

We communicate via emails, phone calls or text messages - depending on the preference of resident families.

We try to maintain 1-3 staff-to-resident ratio. In some cases, we have 1 to 2 ratios depending on occupancy levels.

We currently do not accept dogs or cats.
What ongoing senior care training does the staff receive?
Our caregivers are trained by a 24-hour available RN and we partner with Home Health and Hospice facilities in the area providing excellent medical advice and responses.
How many staffers are on duty in the daytime and overnight?
It varies according to occupancy - which is a maximum of 6 per facility.

We have entry and exit buzzers as well the doors being always locked. The buzzers will make the caregivers aware that someone is around the perimeter.
