My brother has been in Hour Care Personal Care Home. They have a beautiful thing for the backyard where you could go out and sit out in different locations. They cook around them hot meals three times a day. They take them back and forth at least twice a month to the doctors if they need it. They will assist them with things they need to set up, like home health, physical therapy, or occupational therapy if that's necessary, and they need the help. They have like three or four separate bathrooms in their house. It's very nice, it's really clean, and there is no odor. They have caregivers that come in in the daytime. It's a husband and wife team, and they are doing fabulous stuff. The other day I went there, they knew who I was, and they knew who I was coming to see. They have different ethnic backgrounds there, and it's a really nice place. My brother has had stroke on both sides, so he needs some assistance. They make sure that they give them that medicine. They have nursing assistance. I think they come in and see if they have things to do or be available for them and talk to them and stuff. It's a really nice thing. Each time that I came, and I think I went twice for dinner and once for lunch, they had really good food. It looks like they give them good portions, so I was pretty happy about it. In the front, there's a big, beautiful porch that has a waterfall, and it's big enough for several people to sit out there. You can hear the waterfall, which is very soothing, and it's very pretty. The yard is very well manicured. When you go in the backyard, it's got seating. It's just lovely. It's very comfortable. If they want to do something, they are able to go outside. A lot of families come and get their loved ones on some weekends and holidays and things like that. During the week, they're busy, like taking them to the hospital or to doctors' appointments. They have a living room area and they have like the TV room where they can watch TV from 8:00 to 8:00. But other than that, I don't know of any of their activities.
