Luxurious independent living characterizes life for active seniors at Merritt Heritage Senior Village, with a great choice of lavishly finished studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. All units are equipped with appliances and individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and select apartments are designed to provide accessibility to visually and mobility impaired seniors. The community offers occasional move-in services, and residents can bring in up to two pets with a one-time refundable deposit and monthly pet rent fee.
Merritt Heritage Senior Village's community amenities are designed to support a comfortable, carefree lifestyle. Resort-style living is complemented with a lap swimming pool, fully equipped fitness center, movie theater, covered porch and picnic areas. Merritt Heritage Senior Village doesn't have meals, and they don't have transportation. They don't take you to any doctors' appointments or anything like that. It's also too far out. It would take us too long to get from there to our doctors' offices, but the staff was great and I saw no trash anywhere. Not even a scrap. Nothing. Everything was very, very clean, and looked cared for. They have a gym there. Their price is very reasonable.

We found Merritt Heritage Senior Village. So far, so good. The staff is very nice, the apartment is very nice, it's 1,100 square feet, two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, living room, and back porch. We chose it for the cost and the facility that was available. They had a wide variety of activities from cards, to puzzles, to games, to TV, to movies, to a gym, swimming, they have a walking trail, and just a wide variety of activities. They have a bus, and they do tours, and they go places twice a week. The staff has been very helpful and very nice.
