Wilshire's Wellness Departments staffs three nurses covering 7 days a week as well as medication aides and resident care associates. Our staffing is based on our occupancy and the care needs of our resident population.

The Wilshire values stimulation and resident enrichment every day not just Monday through Friday. Therefore, our lifestyle director and coordinators provide programming within our community 7 days a week. This gives all of our residents an increased opportunity for physical fitness, socialization, learning and entertainment through our multiple programs. These are events that are coordinator-led, not resident-led, even on the weekends.

The app is a user-friendly mobile application available on both Apple and Android devises which gives you mobile access to the resident portal. Through this app, you will get a simple view of community documents, events, and announcements!

Wilshire's nurse completes an assessment prior to move-in, another at the 30 day mark, and then every three month's or if there is a change in condition.
