I'm going to move into Rutland Place Senior Living. I think I'm going to be really happy here. The people were just outstanding, warm, and friendly. It provided what I needed. The staff members were warm, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. All of the staff were extremely supportive and compassionate. The dining area was very inviting. You could order off of the menu, and they had different plans for you to choose from. The one I chose was a continental breakfast and then one main meal. The food was delicious. The room I saw was a one-bedroom. It has a living room, a kitchen, a pantry, a stove, refrigerator, a microwave, and of course a sink and cabinets. It is small, but when you prepare meals, it is sufficient. They had all utilities included except for the telephone. They had cable television. They had an emergency call system. They had a library and a laundry facility, and you are offered your sheets and towels washed every other week. They had a movie theater, an outside courtyard patio, an activities and crafts room, a fitness center, and a private dining room if you wanted to have a party or to have your family in. They had an outside walking area and it was a pet friendly community. They even had a billiard table to play pool.

I visited Rutland Place. It was a very friendly atmosphere, and it seemed like they had good care available. The facility was well cared for. It's not a very old structure; it's in very good shape. We were shown some pictures of the apartments, and they looked very functional. They're near the shopping mall. They're near everything. They have several activities for the seniors, and just different scheduled events that would keep people interested. They also had their own medical care available for anybody that needed it.

I went to Rutland Place. It's beautiful. I was very impressed. It was upscale and very reasonably priced. They looked like they have a wonderful facility and a wonderful staff. I highly recommend it. It was clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly, and they provided all the information I needed. It feels like a kind of in the country but yet in the city like there's outdoor dining. They have their own beauty shop, library, pool table, PT, gym, and a beautiful dining room.

My mother has been a resident at Rutland Place for almost 2 years. The staff and management at Rutland treat the residents like family and go above and beyond at all times. I know in my heart that there is nowhere else that my mother could be living that would be better for her. I feel so very blessed that she is now 20 minutes away and not 12 hours, and that I can leave work when I need to and be there for her, and that she has the full support of everyone at Rutland behind her too!

Rutland Place was a very nice place. It was warm, friendly, and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The eating area was large and spacious. The living space was a little small, but it was still nice. I enjoyed the place. I intend to call them back and ask a few more questions. The furniture was updated. They had a theater, an exercise room, and a community room. The staff was very gracious considering I didn't have an appointment.

We chose Rutland Place for our grandmother because of the location, and the fact that the property was newer. The activities were comparable to the other place. We're still a week away from moving in. They have meals, laundry services, activities, a bus that takes them places, and medical staff that visits once a week. It's independent living, but it has some assisted amenities, like meals and the medical staff who visits the property every week. I really liked it. The price and location were good.

Rutland was clean, the food was good, and the staff seemed to be excellent and caring people. I went there to visit my friend and eat lunch. Her apartment was clean, and she had a little stove and a refrigerator, so she cooked in her place if she wanted to, but she had her meals out in the dining room with the other people.

Great place!! Everyone is very professional and very passionate about senior care. Not only is it a great place but it is a huge resource for our community! I love having lunch there when we have the monthly Chamber luncheon. It's obvious they want to do the best they can for the people that they care for and our community. I would recommend Rutland Place to anyone seeking this type of care.

My parent lives at Rutland Place and wouldn't have them living any where else. Over the years since Rutland community came in to existence I have seen it grow and mature as a wonderful caring and close-knit community for seniors. I want a place that I can trust to make my family feel safe and loved. The staff at Rutland Place go above and beyond to create that atmosphere. If you are a child of a parent seeking an independent senior community then I believe you will be very pleased, as I have been, with this community.

I have known this community since it opened in 2008. Our church has had many events held at Rutland. Almost all the same Management team is still in place, they are always so nice and helpful. The Mt. Juliet/Lebanon/Hermitage community knows that Rutland is a very well-respected apartment community and is run very well. I've checked around and their rates are very much in line with all the others in the area. I hope that one day I will be blessed to be able to live there myself. These people genuinely care.

This place has really gone down hill. The staff is apathetic and rude, the manager is NEVER there, and the (extremely high) cost keeps going up every year. I can never find a single competent employee any time I visit. Terrible service, high cost, do not bring your loved one here.

Rutland Place appeared very, very nice, and that probably was my favorite of the three places I visited. The place was absolutely lovely. I've heard good things about this place. Everybody looked well, and the couple of people I spoke to where actually lovely. I had nothing but a good experience with this facility.

I am in the waiting list at Rutland Place. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 because it does not have a swimming pool, but the best thing is that they serve food because I don't really cook for myself. They have a workout room and a theatre room. It's a really nice place to go.
