They are so not caring about the patient there ,They need to be inspected they fake and act like they care about the patients but they don’t they forcefully grab the patients when the patient say stop they don’t help the patients eat if they can’t eat for they self and don’t wash up the patients

The nurses were so attentive to my mom’s wombs! She went from facility to facility and only got worse! I thank God that this place was a little gem and ray of hope! Not only did mom’s womb heal quickly, her health improved dramatically. Everyone is knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and full of love!!

Staff very unprofessional,some come to work in street clothes lookig disheveled.my family complained about music bing so loud she can't rest.I also observed Them walking the halls with speakers on carts playing loud music,not taking in to consideration that there are sick people there. Meals are not healthy I observed hotdogs on 2 slices of white bread and fries for dinner. Patients are not being attended to in a timely manor and they are dirty. I went to the desk to get help to find another family member complaining to nurse her love one had falled 6 times out of bed. We were told there would be Rehab care that is slim to none. I could go on and on. However I tried reaching owners with no luck,cuz I feel that such a facility as this anything goes and whoever is in charge on site clearly is just there for a check along with the people that work there.

My brother has been in Graceland Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Inc. for about a month now. He's there for rehab. They've been excellent, so far, and the staff is very, very helpful. They've been helping him out and everything. The actual facility is nice. It's a good place to start out if you're looking for a rehab center. My brother is in rehabilitation, so they help him get to and from his doctor's appointment, they get him to classes and stuff like that. I spoke with a couple of the staff and they took him out to little outings to the zoo and Wal-Mart. They give him a card to get something to eat. They're just very helpful and caring.

It was in spring last year, I visited Freddy At this place he was beautifully taken care by staff of this facility. I am sure they will keep on improving so far it’s good place.
