My friend is on the waiting list for The Neighborhood at Tellico Village. It was close to the price of the place that he had been at before. It was very clean. The team who gave us the tour was very, very polite and very friendly, and my friend just had a good feel about the place. They offer medicine services where they supervise your medicine. They also offer meals and nice rooms, and they take care of your laundry.

My sister is at The Neighborhood at Tellico Village. It seems to be well-staffed and the food is good. It's very pretty, attractive, and very clean. The staff is well-informed. They have all the issues and all your needs covered. I like that they have transportation to your doctor's appointments, because I'm not able to take my sister everywhere. So, they're very eager to help you. The food's been wonderful and they have a very attractive dining room. The time that I was there, they were all watching a movie. They also do exercises early in the morning and I saw some people playing cards in the activity room. The activities that I've seen and are available are appropriate for their age. Plus, they have reasonable rates.

My father-in-law has moved into The Neighborhood at Tellico Village assisted living. He's 101 and he loves the food there. They have been very, very helpful and Christina has been great. We have had some great communication. We moved my father-in-law over first then my husband drove back across the country and now we're back the third time. They've been very communicative. We borrowed one of their beds for him temporarily until we got back over there and they've been great about loaning that. When my husband was in transit, they had a respite room that they let him stay in for free so it's just been an amazing experience. They have a library, a chapel, an in-house doctor, a physical therapy in the house and they have a workout room with that. You name it and they have every amenity you can think of. He is currently already more involved in the activities at this location too than he ever was in any of the other places. They not only have good activities, but they encourage him to join in and include him much better than the last place he was in.

Premier Residences at Tellico Village was excellent. We'll start my dad off with independent care, and then as it progresses he'll move to assisted and then memory care also. They have excellent facilities. The staff was really warm and friendly. They answered all the questions, and the whole layout of the place is just outstanding. They've got a pickleball out back. They have a sauna. They've got a group of men who get together and call themselves Romeos. They go out somewhere every week. At Tellico Village once you're a member there, you've got access to 5 golf courses. There was a theater area, a big bar area, and areas where you can sit down to relax and just read or whatever. It was just very impressive. I have spoken to a staff that is a chef that does the cooking.

We visited The Neighborhood at Tellico Village, and we liked the place very much. The tour was very good. The staff was very kind, informative, and she showed us around. We liked it but we are not ready to make the move. I liked that they have activities for the clients, and I liked that it was clean and neat. I also like that it is very close to me. They gave us a list of the activities that they have. It is very nice. They have three meals a day plus they can have snacks. They have a reading room, a library, a place where they can go watch TV, and they can also get up and walk, if they are able. It is a nice place. The room is spacious enough. They have some little patio areas where they can go out, walk around and sit. The location is great because it is near me. It is also away from everything, so there is not a lot of interruptions. I feel like it would be a very nice place.

The Neighborhood at Tellico Village has 5-star dining and the people are phenomenal. The staff is friendly, good, and helpful. I like the brightness and the atmosphere. There's something about a new facility that's very helpful psychologically for older people. They have crafts, music, wine tasting with cheese, and trips around the area. You get a good variety of sizes for apartments depending on your own personal needs. They offer three meals a day.

The Neighborhood was my favorite. It was really pretty and had great staff. The facility was very open, so they could keep an eye on everybody. The dining room was cheerful. The staff walked around and served the dishes, of which they had quite a few choices. The rooms were nice. It was all brand new. They had a lot of windows looking out on their huge grounds.

I recently visited this etablishment. I must say that it is a nice place. My grandmother wanted to visit. I wanted to check it out for myself so i came in with another residents family. It was the evening time and noticed a popcorn machine. I grabbed some of this popcorn and it was cold and tasted stale. The place looked deserted. I waited for someone at the front desk to speak to me but their was not a soul around. If i were to say anything about this place i would say it is beautiful but details for visitors need to be addressed for something could happen to my grandmother without someone there to notice this. Please be more diligent with the security of your establishment as many of these residents may fall into harms hands. Thank you respectively.

The Neighborhood is an impressive looking place. The staff seem very friendly. It?s not very big and it is comfortable looking. The people there seem to be having a very great time. They have all kinds of activities and they take them to different places. It seemed a very nice place.

My mom has been in assisted living at The Neighborhood since November. We chose them because it was of equal quality to all of the ones around and it was $1000 less a month, which has a big impact for us. I like that it's close to us. It's about 7-minute drive. Plus we know that she's safe and sound there. Also she loves it. She is very happy there. They even let her bring her two cats but she has to take care of them though. For accommodations, they have very nice rooms. They have two-bedroom units, one-bedroom and living room units, and then they have a studio, which is large but everything is in the same room. Every one of them has a kitchenette. Have of them have patios where you can go out from your own room onto the patio. They have really nice facilities. The staff is very accommodating. All of them seem to call their residents by name. They have a nurse that is director of the facility. The nurse would distribute the medication. They have a doctor on-call. They have people that do the personal care stuff. They have an activity director. They have a fine kitchen staff, they don't call themselves executive chef or anything like that, which they do at some of the other facilities, but the food is fabulous. We have eaten there several times. The dining room is very nice. They have linen on the tables and stuff like that. For activities, they have everything you can think of. They have dominos, bingo, bridge, exercise, movies with popcorn, etc. They have visiting therapy dogs. They have Bible studies. They have musicians come at least one different one every week. Also they have piano music at lunch time. Apparently, their big meal is lunch.

The Neighborhood has a wonderful reputation for care and service. My 89 yr old mother came from Mich to be by us and she chose this community as it felt like a place she could make home. Staff very kind and caring and outstanding opportunities for activities. She lived there for almost 5 years until she passed this year. We couldn't have had a better place for her!
