I can confidently say that Autumn Care is an exceptional assisted living facility. My loved one has been living there for several months now, and we've been impressed by the high level of care and attention provided by the staff. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions we have. They make a point of getting to know each resident on a personal level, which has really helped our loved one feel at home. The facility itself is clean, bright, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for residents to relax, socialize, and participate in activities. Speaking of activities, Autumn Care offers an impressive range of options, from exercise classes and games to live entertainment and outings. Our loved one has made new friends and tried new things, which has been wonderful to see. But perhaps the best thing about Autumn Care is the peace of mind that it provides our family. We know that our loved one is receiving the best possible care, and that they are safe, comfortable, and happy. We are truly grateful for the staff at Autumn Care and the wonderful care they provide. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive assisted living facility for their loved one.

Autumn Care Farragut was just beautiful. If I could, this is the one I would go to. The apartment that I saw was spacious, and the bathroom was big. It had a sink, a refrigerator, and a microwave, but it didn't have a stove. The surroundings, the courtyard, and all that is just gorgeous. Sheryl took me around, and she was very sweet and nice. She was introducing me to people as we went around. It was just a wonderful place. I saw the dining room -- which was restaurant style -- and then you could choose the food that you want. One thing I loved about it was that it was located right by a shopping center and everything was really close by.

My mother was a resident at the Farragut facility for 1 year. It is run by the most non-caring individuals in the healthcare industry. They routinely ignore residents request for assistance with sometimes taking 30 minutes or longer to answer the resident's call bells. When you confront the staff about issues or concerns they become defensive and make it appear as though the resident is the problem. This is a sign of untrained unprofessional staff. There were many other infractions during her stay but to me the most unforgivable was when she past away in the facility, NO one from administration called me with their condolences. Do not put anyone you care about in this facility.

The apartment that I saw at Autumn Care Assisted Living at Farragut was nicely appointed and brand-new. They're a little bit small, but it was very nice. The staff said they provided activities for the residents and they also had a room for activities. They also had a room you can reserve and have your family come, then have a meal served and that kind of thing. It was a nice assisted living.
