This facility was very tidy. The residents were up and about. Some were playing cards, some were just chatting. Their caregivers were right there with them making the residents feel they were right at home. Everyone of the staff I met were very nice. The patients seemed extremely happy. No one that I saw on my visit was dirty or soiled.

Brandywood advertises that they have Dementia/Alhiemzers care when they do not. Please do your research when looking for a LTC that specializes in that. Their answer is to heavily drug the patient. They do not work with the patient and get into their world. Instead the patient has to be on their time schedule which if you know anything about Dementia, it does not work that way. Also, many items go missing and the billing department has no clue about insurance. Beware.
