My mother had an apartment set up at Charter Senior Living of White House, but she never got to move in. It's really nice and brand new. Everything was very clean and very modern. The staff was very caring. Every time we went in there, the staff was always asking us, "How's your mom doing?" They knew she was in rehab. We think very highly of them, but there was a lot of confusion as far as admitting my mother. There was a lot of delay in the paperwork. I had to get a second plan of care from the doctor because it had expired. As far as administration part of it, they were very unorganized. They didn't talk to each other. We didn't ever actually get to the nursing part or even the techs. It's a beautiful facility.
