The rooms are all two people in a room. There are no private rooms available. Communcation between staff and family is very, very poor. PT therapist is good but techs lack skills to instruct and are unprofessional. There was never a discussion about future plan for the patient's goals or progress. There is a lack of notification to family when a patient will be dismissed from facility. We were notified the day of dismissal, not a few days before as was discussed with staff. There was a lack of understanding between the insurance company coverage and Franklin Wellness on the length of stay and care to be given. Among some staff members there is a breakdown in communication. You may get one answer from one person and another answer from another staff member.

My mother went to Grace for rehabilitation fron a broken leg. While at the facility she was put in a room no one helped her with TV,Phone she was isolated. Could not get many chances to talk to her. My mother became ill with gallbladder that the facility was aware of. On several occasions she pleaded for help They did nothing except give her something for nausea for the vomiting. I asked if they was going to send her to the hospital they would not send her. The last few hours of her life she asked the nurse to help her. The nurse did nothing. I witnessed outside the window her begging for help. I left to seek help on getting her out of that place 2 hrs later i recieved a call she had died. They should have done something to help her when she needed it, my mother might still be alive today. I pray they never have a love one go threw what my mother did. No one should have end of life alone and begging for help. That help never came. Worse place no communication at all about your love one. Shame on you Grace Rehabilitation for allowing this to happen. I'm so heart broken that I ever allowed her to be at that place

I stayed at another facility when I had my hip surgery last year and I had to wait forever for help. I picked grace healthcare of Franklin this time. I was happy that the staff are not locked up in offices so I didn't have to wait for help. I also liked that I didn't have to do all the therapy in the gym and even go to walk outside. The food was pretty good. I like when they grill hamburgers outside.

Do yourself a favor DO NOT take your loved ones here. They will NOT take care of them. They let my father get multiple bedsores. The employees are horrible. The people in "charge" are rude. When we arrived in our room there was a lunch tray dripping off the curtains where the last person threw it. They know nothing about ostomy care. It make look clean but doesn't help how they treat there patients.

This is not a facility I would recommend to anyone who is considering admitting a loved one to a nursing home. While visiting a family friend who was a patient, I saw three different residents who were laying nude (one partially and two fully) on their beds with the door to their room wide open for everyone walking down the hall to see. Twice a nurse attempted to administer the incorrect medication to my friend, who luckily noticed that the pills she was trying to give him did not look right. The food was disgusting, the bathrooms were terrible and always had urine on the lids.
