I volunteered at this facility for a short period of time. The staff was friendly and from all of my experiences appeared to be courteous to the residents. I took part in resident activities, and it did appear residents were happy and enjoyed the activities. I don't have a lot of experience with other facilities to compare this one to, but I didn't feel like it was top notch in cleanliness. It may have been that the building was just a little old (everything from the furniture to medical equipment seemed pretty outdated), but it also seemed like it could benefit from a good scrubbing. Overall, it didn't seem like a bad place but if I were sending a loved one somewhere, I would make sure I compared it to a few others before making a choice.
