I toured Willowbrook Place. The guy there showed me different rooms, the dining area, and the community rooms where people get together. I liked the total package: the meals, the heating, that you have WIFI, the extra activities, and the way it's set up. The only thing was the room I saw had the bedroom and living room all in one. I kind of need a bedroom separate from my living room. The staff was top-notch. Everybody I talked to seemed like they knew their job. They were friendly and pleasant. They have an exercise area and an outdoor patio with chairs and tables. I liked the way it was set up.

Willowbrook Place is a perfect place if I was going to send anybody. I had many friends there over the years. My friend was there for two years. It's clean. The people are very personable, and the help is great. The nurses are great. It seems like everybody that I know that's ever been there is very satisfied. I've never heard of any of them say they had a problem there. When my friend was there, they gave us a room so we could have a birthday party and everything for her. We had things for us there. They had really great things. There was always a band coming or a party coming that we would meet there and have a good time. It was a great place. Everything was good. It was the best place I've seen. My friend took time taking care of the bird feeders, and even after she passed away her daughter took care of the bird feeders. There's a very large space down below for people to go and sit. The staff was very personable to everybody and very kind. They will do anything for you. The facility itself was very adequate.
