"My first impression of the facility was neutral. The staff seemed nice enough, but I think the term 'practiced' would fit better. It was as if they'd seen just about every different type of individual admitted, and no longer had the luster of youthful, energetic workers. That's not to say they didn't conduct themselves professionally, or genuinely care about the residents, they just seemed tired. That said, the building itself was a little confusing, and I could easily see a few of those admitted getting lost if they had the opportunity. Though my grandmother wasn't there for very long, she was well taken care of during her time there, and I have nothing overtly negative to say about Heritage House as a result. "

"Wesley Village was excellent. They have all levels of care. They were very friendly and open and very, very clean and well taken care of, both inside and outside. They had knowledge of what it's going to take as a person transitions through the different levels. It was comforting to know that they were already aware of all of it, they had all the different levels, and they would be able to facilitate that. Everyone was very open, very friendly, and very caring, and as you went through, you could see how they cared about the residents who were there. The dining area was very clean. Everything was immaculate, spotless, and well cared for. The residents were together and some were sitting at the table, but we didn't really get into it that much. They have a library, books, and things for people to read. It's my first choice. They provide an immediate response to your needs."

"This facility is a nice facility. The nurses and doctors and workers here were always nice and courteous and always seemed to really care about my grandfather. It's a catholic nursing home so the residents got to go to church if they wanted to and got to celebrate the Catholic holidays. They were always doing something in the home to entertain the residents and get them out of their rooms and moving around and they always had a good time. My grandfather enjoyed it there. "

"I have to say that his stay in this place is 100% better than where he was at the hospital. It's clean the staff is awesome and the food is great. They really are working to help him as well as help take care of him. In the hospital it took forever to get someone to help him shower or use the bathroom and now when you say you need help the come and help right away. The most important thing is that they treat the people like they care and like people. Now we are all happy with where he is. It is a great place. "

"My father is currently at Timber Ridge for physical therapy because he had fractured his hip. I love it, although it is a little pricey. He's been in private and semi-private rooms depending on his mood and irritability, so it's very accommodating there. I love how clean it is. I'm very satisfied. The staff is compassionate and thorough. I don't know how they maintain a smile. Even working just eight hours around some of these people is very difficult, but these are amazing people. I just don't care for the food."

"The staff go above and beyond. My Mom enjoys getting her hair and nails done. She looks forward to the activity programs offered. "

"If at all possible stay away from this place. Care is horrible, staff ignorant and conditions are unreal. My loved one was not able to move. They would put water where it was unreachable, meds not given on time, call bell out of reach, food terrible and put out of reach before taken away fell out of bed four times and was hurt, Just to mention a FEW of the many things a complained about. Finally she was admitted to the hospital then to hospice where she passed in peace."

"A relative is a patient there and the care has been really good in these difficult times. They are very proactive regarding the care and well being of their patients. The food is well prepared, generous portions and they work with special diets. The staff is professional and knowledgeable no matter what questions are asked, whether health, therapy or business related. Everyone is always very friendly, helpful and willing to take the time to discuss any situation. They have a range of activities and encourage the patients to be outdoors in the courtyard in nice weather. They work to accommodate a family's needs whether it's visiting hours or other requests. "

"The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Each time I went there, alone, or with family and friends to visit my grandmother there was always a pleasant experience. The grounds and building are well kept and the staff is always very nice. The facility is secure as well as the parking lot is centrally located. The waiting room is well kept with a nice selection of magazines and television to keep you and your family entertained. When asking my grandmother if she liked her stay at the facility she said that she did. She was to other facilities in the past where the staff was not always as friendly. After she had passed the facility was very nice about everything and sent a sympathy card to our familys home. I would say that after visiting there many times that the majority of the residents seem to be pleasant and happy with the care that they are getting. I would definitely say this is a great nursing home. "

"My experience with the Davis Manor assisted living was pleasant for the most part. The staff seemed to be friendly and caring of the patients. My Uncle stayed there for a total of four months. He suffered from Gangrene, and had his leg removed. I would have to say his nurse was quite tolerant of him. He was often irritable and did give the staff a hard time. He would give the nurse attitude, and she would give it right back to him, which I thought was kind of endearing. Over the entire place seemed well kept and organized. Never had issues with visiting and they adhered to their visiting hours. As far as I could tell the meals seemed sufficient enough. The only real complaint I have is that there was only one television in the whole facility. Other than that Davis Manor served as a wonderful assisted living Facility. "

"The staff is very good. The food is served in a dining room that all patients can go to and eat. The food in dining room is well cooked and warm. The food served to the rooms is not cold or bad. It's unfortunate that as we all get older our minds think in different manners.....a majority of aging think in a negative manner do to health issues. However, they are all cared for in a very nice manner. The facility is an older facility and has been at the location for numerous years. It is kept clean but could use some upgrades to compare more like new facilities. "

"I was so impressed with Mountain View; this place is outstanding so far. There’s only 12 rooms in the area that my mom needs to be in. The food is wonderful. It’s such a good decision. I cried for a month thinking about this, and every time I go see her I feel better and better. I know I made the right decision. This is a good fit for us. It’s clean, they have activities, they do memory games, they toss balls around, and they also take them out of the unit. My mother would not get bored. The food is outstanding; they have a choice. It’s restaurant quality food. It’s very good. "
