Everyone at this facility treated my father with love, kindness and respect from the beginning of his stay to the end of his life. He had been at several other locations where the care was horrendous. This location was a blessing. I am so relived that we moved him here. I never had to worry about his care. Just being his daughter and spending as much quality time with him as I could.

I am a relative of a patient and due to a 2,500 mile difference unable to visit. My relative constantly complains about the food quality. Forget trying to get them on the phone because they have to go to nurses station. And that's if they go get the patient. I was on hold 20 minutes before hanging up. No privacy on phone and according to relative no overall privacy.

Golden Heights Personal Care Home had a very nice activity room and a lot of the residents seemed to enjoy it. The facility was very clean. My mom started with a companion room, and then I moved her to a private room. Her room was nice. The staff was OK, but they made a mistake with my mom's medicine once. She was going to have surgery so I notified the nurse's station and everybody else that she would not take her blood thinner. I even put a sign on the back of the wall by her bed saying, "Do not administer her blood thinner." Luckily, I was there the night before her surgery, because one of the aides came in at 9:00, and they were going to give my mother her blood thinner.

Golden Heights Personal Care Home seems like a very nice place.The care my mom receives seems good, and the people seem very nice. They could use more help, but every place does right now. The meals are adequate and well-rounded. Then they have bingo, music, root beer float parties, and stuff like that. They have a salon, too.

Irwin personal care home golden heights awful place the administrator is terrible food is awful wouldn't feed it to my dog don't put anyone there . always needs help what up with that place

We placed my Mother in Law there a year ago and the care has been outstanding. She's never been happier; the staff is wonderful.
