I can't begin to express my gratitude to the staff at Concordia. My sister moved there a few months ago, and the family is very happy with the facility and the care she is receiving. Before she moved, they worked with us to make the transition easier and continue to stay in touch. Initially we chose Concordia because the location was good for us, but the professionalism and caring of the staff can't be beat. Moving a loved one into a memory care facility is hard. From the beginning, we had many questions and concerns. The staff answers emails and calls quickly and they will contact us if they have a concern. They have given us excellent advice on logistics of visiting and the progression of the disease. We feel very welcomed when we visit. Without a doubt, I'd recommend Concordia at Fox Chapel highly.

Mom has been a resident here for almost two years. Both of my siblings were involved in helping me choose a facility to care for her. Our main concern was safety....CFC is a wonder place. They offer lots of activities for the residents - always working to involve them in the Zumba Gold - daily exercise classes and lots of other activities. We are so thankful for this facility as we all feel totally comfortable with the care Mom receives here and the staff is great - very caring.

My husband went to Concordia of Fox Chapel and the staff were wonderful to him. The atmosphere was very nice, and the nurses were just so caring. The food was very good. They had different things to keep them busy. This is the best facility we've seen.

Alzheimer care A++. Good, medical, communication with Mom's POA. Listens to family concerns. Mom has adjusted very well in just months. Most patient & caring staff I have ever known. I am confident in their abilities to handle this curse of Alzheimers. Food A. Housekeeping A-.
