Rock of Ages

We chose Rock of Ages Valley View and it's highly recommended. I really like it. We are in the process of moving my mom this week. She will be renting a 2-bedroom home and they have fabulous in-home healthcare on call 24/7. They will bring meals to her free of charge if she doesn't feel like going to the dining hall. It's a very close-knit community and it's a beautiful setting. She has a washer, dryer, and full kitchen. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. All the things that we were looking for are provided.

I am satisfied by the way their caregivers are performing their service. I feel that they are both a good match for my mom. There's a couple of them and Rock of ages right away found these caregivers for my her. It's nice that there's no waiting period. Mom is comfortbale with them and I am comfortable with them. They're doing a fine job now. They are friendly and mom has no complaints about it. She is very satisfied. They're both very responsive to mom's needs and I think they're great! During the time that the agency were evaluating mom's needs, they were accommodating and answered all of our questions. They were not rushing and they make sure they understand our needs before they send out people.
