My sister moved in to independent living 4-5 years ago, recently had to leave due to her health and condition beyond independent living. St. Ann's staff and facility was a gift from God for our family. Staff, facility and food was outstanding for us. Staff were part of sister's family and made our situation very sad as we had to leave. Thanks for all the years of great life for my sister.

My sister moved into the Saint Ann Retirement Center. It's a very nice facility. They're very helpful. It met my sister's needs all the way. One wing is assisted living with the cafeteria in the middle. The other wing is independent living. It has a community laundry on the independent side. They have a salon for their hair. My sister has a one-bedroom apartment. It's very nice and clean. They have activities all through the week. Judging from the pricing that we did across the board, they're very much in line with everyone. Their meals and bills are included, so I would say it's good.

My dad has been a resident in assisted living over a year. This place is incredible from the gourmet meals to the friendly staff. There are lots of daily activities and they are good about asking dad to participate. The other residents and their families that I have spoken with are very pleased with the overall care as well. I'm very comfortable with dad being in their care.

I like that Saint Ann Retirement Center has everything I want. You get three meals a day and a lot of things to do. The staff members are very kind and very helpful. The food is very good, too. The place is very clean and very nice. For activities, they have games like bingo, and they have people come in and put on activities like singing or playing instruments. They also show movies. It's very nice. It's very homey and very nice. You feel very welcome.

The food at Saint Ann Retirement Center was outstanding. The staff was exemplary. The rooms were outstanding for the money you paid for them. They did a great job of service. There's a medical center right on the ground. I know they have laundry services for their clients. They have someone come and clean once a week. There have been no reports of thefts, which is what I liked about it. It has nice atmospheric views. The staff was excellent, outstanding, and knowledgeable. The food was outstanding. You get a choice of menus. They have it on the buffet, but it's all served. They have a theater room.

The residents at Saint Ann Retirement Center seemed very happy. We had visited a couple of facilities where the facility cherry picked a couple of their residents for us to sit down with or have lunch with, but at Saint Ann Retirement Center they just told us to go sit anywhere we want and find out what the residents think of the place. It was not scripted, so that was refreshing. The other thing that we liked was they didn't have pet fees. The staff member who gave us the tour was just really calm and relaxed. They seemed very genuine and less scripted with what they had to say. They had all the stuff to assist you in the workout rooms. They had yoga, art classes, a library, and a theater.

We toured Saint Ann Retirement Center. It was a good experience. The rooms were very nice. All the common areas were very nice, too. We met some of the residents there, and they said they were very happy. They go out shopping, and they provide transportation for them. They have a chapel there. My father-in-law had relatives that lived there, so he was familiar with the facility. He felt comfortable there.

Saint Ann Retirement Center was wonderful, it's very very high quality. It's fantastic and it has a whole scale, although for skilled nursing you go into a different facility with them. I saw their assisted living and independent living, and both of them were good. They're a little more segregated than the other place I saw, but in any case, it's a beautiful facility and it's just wonderful. They were very, very comparable there especially compared to many other places I've visited around town. There were still staff members that were there when 5-6 years ago, so they've got a long-time dedicated staff. They're very fine people. It's very top quality, very clean, very orderly, and the people are well attended. They have little patio areas where you can plant flowers and be outside, and that's a shared area. The access to the outside is controlled.

I saw the independent living of Saint Ann Retirement Center. It will be wonderful for my cousin. She will be able to go to mass every day. They have a lot of activities. They have like three dining rooms. The menu looks good. They have chefs and not just cooks. The staff is very friendly, nice, and very accommodating. It was a nice layout. It's very accommodating. It looked like it was going to be super nice. It was very spacious. There are separate bedrooms. In the independent living, they have a nice little living room with a kitchen and a sink. It's everything you need.

Saint Ann Retirement Center was our first choice for my mother-in-law. They have a chapel there and it's Catholic, which is our religion. It has a nice appearance. The staff was good. It was just a little bit costly, and it was far away for us.

My mom has been in Saint Ann Assisted Living for six weeks now. It's very clean and beautiful. The management is wonderful. They're friendly, helpful, and loving people. The residents are sweet, too. The food is very good. There's plenty of it on a varied menu. The dining room is beautiful. The residents are happy. It's a great place. They have bingo at least twice a week, movies in the small theater room, a chapel and outings where residents go out to eat and to Walmart for shopping. It's a very nice place.

Mom moved to Saint Ann's Independent Living in August 2014 and then to Assisted Living in February 2016. We consistently found the staff to be patient, compassionate and involved with her and were sorry when we had to move her to another facility for memory care issues. I just hope that the new facility can live up to the high standard set at Saint Ann's!

I’ve moved my mother into Saint Ann Retirement Center. It offers independent and assisted living. We chose this community because their residents were most like my mother from a physical standpoint, and also because of the brightness of the apartments themselves and its proximity to my house. They have Bible studies, movie days, and bridge club. They have some musical events. All the activities are centered around Christmas themes. They also have some enrichment classes. They provide transportation to doctor’s offices. They go once or twice a week for errands, and if somebody has an individual request, they have a car that would take that person individually to where they want to go.

I had been to Saint Ann Retirement Center. It was a very good community for retirees. It is independent living. It had meals, if you wanted to have meals. If you wanted a little kitchen in your apartment, you could. It was a very nice place. It was in a good location. It also had secured living. If you wanted to move to assisted living or to totally dependent living, which was a nursing home, they have that. My grandfather lived there for about four years. He was very happy, and he enjoyed it. It was right next door to a church, so he could walk to church. It was very reasonable, very clean, and very nice place.

Staff was nice but that was it! My mother was living here for a short while. First off, my mother was in the nursing home part and then she wanted to see if she could be in the assisted living. They came over and assessed my mother and determined that she could be in assisted living. Something I disagreed with from day one. After a few short months I found that my mother was not taking care of herself, teeth were not brushed, hair was unkepted, and it was apparent she was not showering very well. I was under the impression that assisted living meant that there would be some kind of assistance. I found that the only assistance was giving my mother her medication. If someone needs any more help than that this is not the place to take them.

Saint Ann Retirement Center was beautiful. The surroundings were peaceful and serene, and the people were wonderful. The staff was wonderful, and so were the residents. They just could hardly wait to come around and meet you. I think we were going to be the youngest people there, but I didn't care. They were friendly, and all the people we have met, we really liked. They have two-bedroom, two-bath; two-bedroom, one bath; and two sizes of one-bedrooms. I think the larger was 750 sq. ft., and when you come in the door, there is your kitchen immediately. It has a long board that sticks out with a double sink on it, then on the opposite wall was the refrigerator and stove, close to the sink was the dishwasher, and they don't have any upper cabinets obstructing your views, so it makes the grain fields very open, but they do have upper cabinets on the other side of the kitchen and lots of storage.

My mother is in St. Ann Retirement Center. The facility and the staff are both nice. The food is good. The accommodation is excellent and they have round the clock security. My mom likes it a lot and I will recommend them to others.

The one thing that stood out to me the most when we first visited were the number of residents that appeared to have been left in various parts of the facility - all alone - with little to no ability to move from their current location. Almost all were in wheelchairs of some sort. We were told this was an attempt to help those residents "socialize". It appeared to me it allowed for them to be out of their rooms and more easily watched by staff more than anthing else. I'm grateful that my wife's grandmother is still able to get around on her own - and can come and go from her room, and the various shared living spaces, as she desires.
