Theses folks are all about the money. They accept the patient without knowing the extent of his needs and then realize they may not be equipped to care for them. They checked with a sister facility but there were no beds available to transfer him to. At this point they call the family and tell them to come pick up the patient on a Friday night!!! This means the patient will be cheated out of the necessary physical therapy he was going to receive because of their lack of responsibility. We were the only family members to pick him up and were over 2 hours away when we got the first call. By the time we arrived they had called the EMT to take him to the ER. They wanted no responsibility. I’ve dealt with this facilty 2 previous times with no complaints but was very disappointed and would recommend to anyone!!!

Since COVID was in effect I can judge the inside of the facility but I can tell you as a daughter with someone “quarantined” on the inside I couldn’t have been happier. My father loved the staff, rooms and therapists. The administration and nursing staff kept me up to date and never hesitated to address my questions or concerns.

When you walk in you you think “what a lovely place” Do NOT be fooled! The residents receive minimal attention if any. Rooms are dirty, constantly having to clean the floors and pick up dirty bedding , towels and clothing in my moms room. Poor communication between aids, nursing staff and doctors. If you love your person find a better alternative !

Icant understand that they don't clean patients rooms daily.I know this because my mom is up there everday and in two weeks seen a cleaning lady in the hall and ask if she would clean the room.One time in two weeks uncall for.Not brining meds until hrs.later.No towels or wash clothes in rooms.Bring food u don't order or can't eat.It's awful to treat patients like this that are older .My dad is there for rehab.therapy.I work in a rehab hospital no way was the patients treated like this.He likes his rehab person who is nice and couple of nurses and aids.But the rest don't seem to care.Need to check up on ur employees to make sure there doing there job.Thank you

Great Rehab!

Newer facility with nice and comfortable rooms with private bath. My mother had good care, especially from the therapy staff. My mom went from bedridden to walking and getting herself ready for the day with independence! Good was adequate. Would highly recommend.
