I visited this facility

I toured Aaron's Garden Senior Living & Memory Care. I really didn't like much about it. Small, staff was small, food wasn't fresh, it was frozen. To me, it just wasn't a real comfortable atmosphere. I know that there were some people that were working hard. I think they were a little short-staffed maybe, and I'm just assuming a lot. I was only there for 20 minutes. I didn't want to go on a tour. I did want to eat food. Once I saw what was inside, it just wasn't for me. The staff was friendly, the woman that took me on a tour was very friendly, it's just that they seemed short-handed. I think she was a little concerned that I was there and they didn't have the right staff. It was a little rough. There were some things that weren't done. The exercise room, the two pieces of equipment they had were broken. They were talking about needing some maintenance done. And, unfortunately, I have 50 years of flooring experience, and walking around their floors, they had some issues; some damage to the carpets and stuff like that.

We take great care in sourcing quality ingredients and preparing meals onsite to ensure the highest standards of taste and nutrition. As a new business, we are in the process of adding staff and making ongoing improvements to our facility to enhance the overall experience for everyone who walks through our doors. We understand the importance of having a sufficient team to provide excellent care and service, and we are actively working to address any staffing challenges. Regarding your observations about maintenance issues and flooring concerns, please know that we take maintenance and cleanliness very seriously. We are continuously monitoring and addressing any issues to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our residents and visitors. We have updated the rooms and are working on replacing all the carpet with vinyl planking. I would like to address the workout area. The pieces in there are in working order and we are adding to the equipment with recommendations from Physical Therapists. We are grateful for your kind words about our friendly staff members.
