My husband and I moved into Primrose Retirement Community of Mansfield. I'm very happy with the place. We have a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with a complete kitchen and a dining area. My husband is in assisted living, and I'm considered independent, but sometimes they're a little slow answering a call, and that's my only complaint right now. But other than that, the food is good. It's a beautiful place. The staff is friendly. There's just not enough aides to go around. They have five sections to the dining room. The food is very good. And the place is beautiful. It's decorated beautifully. It's kept very clean. I can't say enough about it.

Primrose is a beautiful and spacious facility. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Their focus appears to me to really be the residents. From the well appointed dining room to the library and retro ice cream parlor,it is all very well done and a very welcoming environment. They have welcomed my mother with open and loving arms and are seeing to her every need. From our first phone call for information with Samantha, we have been very impressed and happy!

Primrose Retirement Community of Mansfield was a nice facility but expensive. The rooms were really nice and a nice size. They had studios and apartments and shared rooms where you had to share a bathroom, but it was laid out well. They had a game room. Everybody seemed happy.

Primrose Retirement is very nice. They have huge apartments although the parking is kind of away from your apartment. The staff is great. But they have no swimming pool. We were looking for a place where we can work out, and there was nothing like that there. All you can do is just sit around. There was no place to work out and play cards. It's a nice spacious apartment living. The dining room is nice and spacious.

Thank you for taking the time to give your review of Primrose – we very much appreciate it! While we do not have a swimming pool, we do have a wellness center with exercise machines and a spacious pub for playing card games and watching sporting events on the big screen.
We appreciate you!

Primrose Retirement community was very pretty and very elaborate, but they had scheduled supper hours. It was also expensive.

It’s been 6 years since Dad moved in at Primrose. It's a very nice place, and I would recommend this facility pretty much to anybody. They have people come in for entertainment, and they have bingo. They also take the residents to the store. In summertime, they take them out to go fishing. We’ve been extremely happy with the facility.

Primrose is our choice for my father and mother-in-law because it is the most expensive and fanciest place and my father-in-law thinks everything should be fancy. I also liked it because it is near our residence. The people there are very nice, helpful and friendly. They have an excellent chef. Their rooms are bigger than the other ones in the area. I am recommending them to others.

We moved my father into independent living about 3 months ago. He has mild alzheimers/dementia. He is content and we are, for the most part thrilled. People are friendly, competent. Meals are excellent. Activities (for someone with AD) are OK,but we are having trouble with reminders to get him to activities. Maybe we shouldn't have expected this kind of help in independent living, though the primrose site says "memory care". They DO make sure he is at meals and so far the beauty salon/barber has come to get him on a regular basis. The facility is beautiful. Can't say enough about that! And WE feel at home there!!! And he has his privacy, which was important to him!
