"I'm a resident here, and it's very good. It has 72 residents, so it's not huge, and everyone knows everybody. They have bingo, movies, bowling, pool, and go to the casino, shopping, and restaurants. They have prayer service, Scrabble, board games, coffee hour, and monthly meetings with the residents to try to improve their activities. They have medical staff, who are pretty good and do their best to take care of our needs."

"My wife has been at Vitalia Senior Residences at Westlake for less than a week now. I like everything about it. The facility is gorgeous. The room is big. When I walked in, I got a very good vibe on the whole place. And then I brought my kids over there and they got the same feeling, so we felt this is the place for her. The staff members are wonderful. They're great people. They're good people. The place is spotless. There are activities all the time. Something is going on all the time. Full schedule every day. They have music, and they have games with the folks. They keep them very engaged. So far, so good."

"Everything at Normandy was very nice. They had a variety of amenities, rooms, and garage parking. They had buses, and free, scheduled trips. The cost was on the high side."

"My mom is currently in Vitalia Senior Residences at Strongsville. It has been good. The first day that we were there when we dropped her off, I had to wait a little while, but with Covid and everything, I sort of understand that. I think it's going to be a good fit for her. They're very clean and very pleasant. It has taken us a while to get all the furniture in because I had to order a new chair for her, but they have been very helpful. My mom was involved in some activities the first day, but it is hard to know what's going on now. Yesterday, she wasn't just feeling her best, so I think she spent more time in her room. I think this is going to be a good place for her. It's a nice new facility. The people that I had worked with had been very pleasant. However, in a way, I feel I need to be with them a little longer before I can get a true picture. We haven't had that many experiences. Also, it's so hard to talk to my mom because the place that she was previously at hasn't returned her phone yet. I have to try and talk to her through the window, so it's just really frustrating. My mom has just gotten there, so she hasn't had the chance to do too many activities. They have a spa where they would take them and wash their hair, and she is definitely interested in that. Her room has a high ceiling and neutral paint. I thought it looked really pretty."

"Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton was beautiful. We toured the whole place and saw the assisted living and memory care. It was all brand new, and everyone was very helpful and very informative. We had one girl that gave us a tour, and two girls that sat down with us for a meeting for about an hour. They were all very knowledgeable and very friendly. The apartments looked like they would accommodate the residents nicely. Their dining area was also very nice."

"We looked at many assistant living places, and none were a good fit. Then we looked at Danbury and we felt at ease, when we walked through the door. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, makes you feel right at home. My mom has been there for 3 months and she is really starting to come out of her shell. Enjoying all the great activities, her favorite is the chair tai chi. She is making new friends and has a community now, which she told me she’s never had. She’s gaining weight and eating a well balanced diet. The staff is with you every step of the way. Any questions or concern they are happy to answer. That means a lot to me to know my mom is in good hands."

"The room at Mt. Alverna Village was a little bit small, and it was very expensive. Once you move up to memory care, it would be way out of our budget. The food tasted better than some other places. I saw the independent living, but they had assisted living in the same building. The staff was very knowledgeable and thorough. It was a good facility."

"We toured Vitalia Rockside - Active Adult Community. We viewed everything. The directors toured us around. We saw the availalble apartments and things of that nature. Everything was very nice, and we enjoyed our visit with them. They have a lot of activities for male seniors. They have a men's group there to help men bond with other men because the population is usually more female to male when it comes to seniors, so they try to help out the men who live there as well."

"The apartments are brand new, with high ceilings, large windows and lots of natural light. My parents unit has a fireplace with a beautiful artificial fire that provides warmth, ambiance, as well being easy to turn on and off. The staff is warm, courteous and professional. My parents have become friends with many of the employees. While Covid safety restrictions have limited the activities, my parents have enjoyed things like excercise/yoga classes, crafts, live music, and salon sessions. Once Covid restrictions are lifted, we except to see many more activities flourish. The entire facility is extremely posh, with beautiful bright lounge areas, several excellent restaurants with delicious food and fireplaces in the common areas. It is like living in a 5 star hotel or being on a vacation on a luxury cruise (on land)"

"I toured Vitalia Senior Residences at Montrose. The experience was very, very positive. That was the nicest of all three. We toured the facilities. They have a beautiful cafeteria. Food is very, very good, very well done, and very well served. It is an almost brand-new facility, maybe 5 or 10 years old maximum. It shows in the decor, ithe facility, and the apartments. The apartments are among the bigger styles that I saw. The staff is very professional and very attentive. The accommodations were really, really nice. From the library to the workout facilities, and everything else, they had a more comprehensive sort of activity program there."

"My mother is in Wesleyan Village. It is a continuum of care, and it will take you from assisted living through end of days. The people there are very nice. My mother is very happy there, and the residents seem very happy there. Everyone I talk to have a very good and positive thing to say, and it very reassuring to know that it has very positive feedback from everyone I search about it. The entertainment is very nice. They bring in classical pianist and cellist. So, the entertainment level is better than the average. We are just really happy to where she is at. The food is very good. In fact, when I go there, I love to go to the restaurant. It is like a fancy restaurant or you can go to the cafe. I also go the salad bars and they have a fruit bar that I love where they have all these beautiful raspberries, blackberries and blueberries fresh that you can put into your yogurt. They have wonderful food. They have movie nights, crafts and a wood shop. They have a lot of activities. My mom is like, "I'm going here with so and so" or "We are gonna go to movie nights" or "We are gonna go down to the art room." You can see things in their store there that are made by the residents. It is a big place. They even have a pool to do the water exercises. The physical therapy room is nice, and the girl that they have there is really nice. "
