"Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of experience with home care services, and fortunately we are able to afford to have care in the home versus moving to a nursing facility. All the people are very nice and try to accommodate as best as possible to our requests. I feel the most concerning issue seems to be the limited amount of caregiver pool there is to choose from. I don't know if they have a hard time finding people to work in this field or if the type of person we are requesting is rare. On a positive note, however, they have always had someone to fill the openings, so that has been very much appreciated. Overall the caregivers are competent and compassionate, which is what is expected when trusting someone with your loved one. "

"I'm using Home Instead Senior Care and the provider's name is Alicia. It's been about two years and it's one day a week for three hours. The agency itself is very good. They work with me very well. If I need schedule adjustments or if they have schedule adjustments, they always communicate with me and let me know. They match me up very good with the caregiver. I've had two permanent caregivers so far and both were good. One I think is no longer with the company, but the one I have now is awesome. I get housekeeping. I get help with vacuuming my floors, cleaning my bathrooms, making my bed and things like that. No personal care. I think it's a very good company."

"My 95-year-old mother has been receiving care for two years now from Four Seasons Home Care, recommended to me at the time by the nurse at the school I teach at. That school nurse couldn’t have been more right. My mom has loved every person that FSHC owner Hedi Huebler has brought into her home. These homecare workers are top-notch: they take my mom wherever she needs to go, give her companionship, cook and clean for her, oversee her medications, and do much more that is not even required. I believe they go over and above what their job demands because they really care for her. Completely professional and often highly experienced—one is a retired social worker with an advanced degree, another has worked for many years in nursing homes—they, as well as Hedi, communicate with me on an ongoing basis via phone, text, or email and keep a detailed daily log of all services provided, as they give my mother a level of individualized care that she would probably never receive in a nursing home, given the number of patients such institutions must care for. For the past two years, I have felt completely in the loop concerning the care my mom is receiving. And of course, my mom couldn’t be happier to live at home safely. Our mother suffered a debilitating stroke at a fairly young age and was not ready to even think about nursing or assisted living care. After many months of in hospital therapy and a short stay in assisted living, with the help of Nick and his group she was able to move back home where they provide daily help to her as she continues her recovery. Cannot say enough about the wonderful care that she receives from Adam and Karen. They help with everything from laundry, house-cleaning, walking the dog, going to appointments, cooking/prepping food, personal grooming to simple daily companionship. Adam and Karen are very considerate and have been so very wonderful to her. They do anything she asks them to do and she is very happy with them. The whole group at Blue Dots Cares is very knowledgeable and they have worked with our family to make sure we have the best caregivers to meet our needs. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Nick and group to anyone looking."

She doesn't need help constantly and she's still self-sufficient, but she can't go up and down the stairs anymore. When she gets sick, she can rely on them to do some extra things for her. "
