Chris, the owner, was outstanding, providing flexibility when needed, in arranging care for a beloved family member. We had very specific needs and he always addressed them with understanding and care. The caregiver provided was kind and loving.

Very conscientious and helpful for my mother who is suffering from Alzheimers. Took a huge burden away from my father who was struggling to care for her.

I was nervous about hiring a caregiver even though I had a need for one . I felt very comfortable hiring Home Helpers after meeting with the owner . My caregiver is wonderful! She is friendly and professional , and always willing to go above and beyond to help me out . Couldn’t ask for anything more !

When we contacted Home Helpers in Westlake, OH we were in desperate need of a home health aide for my Father. The owner of Home Helpers was responsive, caring, communicative, and FAST in getting my family what we needed. The home care provider he paired us with was caring, kind, and able to do the physical work that needed to be done. There were times she went over and above and really gave of herself to help our Dad and our family. The owner was always part of the picture and willing to step in if ever there was a time the home aide could not make her shift. Nice to know there's backup! We felt very blessed to have found this agency and would use them again if the need ever arises. Many thanks, Home Helpers of Westlake!
