My loved one was at Liberty Nursing Centre of Riverside. They were very conscientious about getting her up so she could walk. The facility was immaculately clean. When we went in, the first thing she said was that they had the most wonderful food. She had a room, and it was shared by another woman, but it was a large room. It was always clean. It had a nice walk-in closet. We thought Liberty Nursing Centre of Riverside was wonderful. They took care of her. It was exceptional. They treated her with respect. She loved it, and we loved it.

This facility like all the others my mom has been in is always short staffed on evenings and weekends and no one seems to care. The PCA's are over worked and work hard and long hours usually by themselves then they get upset and don;t want to do a good job and the residents suffer. It's a vicious cycle and it needs to stop. Our elderly deserve dignity and respect because we will all be there someday!!
