AVIVA Hills was a very nice place. We went through the tour. The rooms all looked very, very nice. They keep them up very well. They renovate every time somebody moves out. They put down all new carpet and everything. I think when we figured it out, it may be a little high priced, but it's a very nice facility. The rooms were more like studios. They have a lot of activities for the people. They have a bus that takes them places when they need to go places. It seemed like it would be a very nice place for somebody to go to. It was very good.

I went to AVIVA Hills. It was a beautiful facility. It's just not for my mother. She needs a more lively place. She needs a place where there are more people. The rooms are beautiful, very bright cherry. The dining room was like a restaurant. It had big windows and you could see the beautiful view.

I am moving my mom into AVIVA Hills. It was just a nice place. It was clean and everything was brand new. They were updating a few things, and it seemed like everything was really up to date and had the latest kind of equipment. All the people were nice, and they had a lot of activities. I think we met everybody that was there on staff. All the staff members have been there for like 9 or 10 years. They were nice when we talked to them.

We toured the place we were going to send my mother-in-law to, which is called The Landing of Canton Assisted Living and Memory Care. It was wonderful that's why we picked on that day to go ahead and put money down. It was very good. It was just a bright and clean place. People walking by were friendly, and the view was very nice. It had a view out onto like a little pond, and the rooms were very nice. Even though it was just one room with a bed and kitchen (in the same room), it was roomy enough and very nice. The staff who took us on a tour was wonderful. She took time with us, was really patient with our questions, and very friendly. She made us feel right at home, and that made us feel like my mother-in-law would feel that way too. For us, it was not even 10 minutes away from where we were, so the location was perfect. It's right off of a good road, easy to get access to, and in a beautiful area.

The Landing of Canton seemed to be a good place. We toured the memory care section, and the staff was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. They have therapy available, which would be a good fit for my mom, and the rooms looked good. You could use your own furniture, too. The community was very secure, and they engage the people in activities, crafts, and so forth.

We saw The Landing of Canton Assisted Living & Memory Care. The apartments were very spacious, well-designed, clean, and private. They showed us common spaces, they were well-attuned to the resident's taste and preferences, including the cafeteria and the games. I thought the residents were particularly responsive and in good health and humor. The staff was very attentive and also very professional. We saw that they were celebrating. They have a movie theater, and some kind of puzzle contest. I think there was attentiveness to the level of care that is needed.

We toured The Landing of Canton Assisted Living & Memory Care for my mother-in-law. It was really a good tour, and we liked it a lot. Stacy and Diana, the people who gave us the tour, were absolutely pleasant. The facility and the rooms are beautiful. We liked everything about it. The drawback is that they don't take Medicaid, so it is private pay. It was great; they were wonderful there. They offer a one-bedroom, a deluxe one-bedroom, and a studio, and they were all really pretty. They have arts and crafts, they have movies, they do some gardening, and they are able to bake cookies with the help of the employees. They have outings, and they have things planned for outings. They are kind of different in that they don't look like a nursing home; it looks more like a restaurant-type of setting, so that is a nice feature. They did not offer us a meal, but they did send us a container of cookies that they had baked.

The Landing of Canton seemed well staffed. They were caring and very nice, but the prices were higher. I also prefer a smaller place. The staff members were great. It was a nice facility, and the inside was very clean. They also have the same amenities as everybody else, like meals and activities. They have a lot of things going on.

I saw The Landing of Canton. It was a nice, spacious building. The staff was very nice. I saw a 1-bedroom, and a studio. They had personal care. I think the day I was there, they were having their New Year's Eve bash in the afternoon. They were serving refreshments with that. They had a whole list of activities. The outdoor space was spacious.

I visited The Landing of Canton and it was okay. There wasn't anything wrong with it but I just didn't like it. The people were nice, the place is nice and it's homey so I don't really have any issues. The rooms were nice and everything in there was nice. They had a Valentine's concert which they invited me to. The staff members who helped me with the tour were good, and they were nice.

The Landing is beautiful, brightly colored, and has beautiful light yellow wallpaper. The hallways to the rooms are really wide. A lot of people had a porch area with chairs and flowers, and it's homey. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and don’t rush you through.

My father lived at The Landing of Canton before. The staff was very good. The food is OK. The rooms are clean although a little small. They have different activities like exercise classes. The facility seemed secured.

I was able to visit, and I thought it was really nice. I just really like this facility, and I think MY mom would really do well there, being with other people her age. The place was really clean, and the people were really friendly. The room that I was shown was very nice. They keep it really clean. Their dining room looked really nice too, and they have a nice view out the window. The staff who accommodated me was very helpful. She is still calling me to see if my mom changed her mind because mom does not want to move to any place. I think Mom would like to play bingo, and they have it there. I just thought that would be really nice for her. I would go to this facility if I had to.

It is a very large, luxurious, three story facility. It was very nice. They have a well-furnished studio-type apartment. It has a bath and a little kitchen. When we were there they were having a program and all the patients were very well dressed and looked very well cared for. They have a library and a room for relatives to use.

It is a little newer. We're scheduled to move in on the 1st of December. I like their apartments, we were able to get a very large bedroom. It is actually a studio but it is a double one. We have two closets and two bathrooms and there are two of us. I'm going with my husband, he's the one who needs it. It's a very nice place and everyone is so friendly. They've been bringing us homemade cookies. They make cookies every day but we did have a meal when we were there looking the first day we went in. It was pretty good. They have all kinds of activities and they said December is going to be filled up with things to do for the holidays.

My grandmother had only been in here for a short time before she passed away. I think the facility was nice that's why I went ahead and got her a room at that facility. She was in the memory care side, so they did not put her in a regular assisted living place. However, her room was nice. It was sparse and stuff but her room was good. I think the care there was fine as well. They did have an area for their residents but not really outside and it was not very spacious. However, most people over there were in their chairs and didn't move because they're not mobile enough. Overall, this was a fine facility.
