"I am in Danbury Cuyahoga Falls. Good staff. They're all helpful. Some nights, the food is wonderful and if it's not wonderful, they will let us have something else. Sometimes, the maintenance is aggravation. They have a lot of activities. You can choose what you want to do and you can choose what you don't want to do. Value for money is good."

"Mulberry Gardens Senior Living was the best. It was exemplary. There was nothing I complained about with them. They were attentive, they communicated everything with me, and cared for my mother. They were wonderful. She had a ground-floor apartment with a little kitchenette, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and tons of storage. The layout of the facility was also exemplary. It was very easy to get from one place to another. They had arts and crafts, people coming in to sing and entertain, day trips where they would go to the store, and several parties like Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. We ate there many times and the food was fantastic. They had a great chef. Everything about that place was great. The staff cared so much about them. One staff member called me here just a few months ago to ask me how my mother was doing down here."

"Cardinal Retirement Village in Cuyahoga Falls have little apartments, and the one my mother got was completely redone. It had covered floors, carpets, bathroom, everything, and it's very very nice. The people working there are wonderful. They’re just lovely people all over.The food is excellent too. They have a weekly menu and daily special. They have a lot of social recreations as well. She only goes to some of there concerts, and she likes it. What impressed me most from this community was their concern for the residents. "

"Copley Place is not an assisted living facility; they're an independent living facility. We like it but mom has long-term care insurance and they can't do it because they're independent living. But it's a really nice facility, the people are nice, they didn't lock everybody down during COVID so the people living there were able to see family members and they just took extraordinary precautions. They were good about that, and they only had 2 residents and 2 employees come down with COVID but they're okay and had mild cases. They play bingo and they have nurses on staff. It's an older building; it's not new but it's very well-maintained."

"I just visited. It was OK. The rooms were clean and nice. It was not really big, but it was OK. The security and safety is OK because I didn't see anything wrong with the place. Nothing stood out about the place. I wasn't set on going there anyway. One guy told me that you had to pay for everything there. I don't know, but he wasn't too happy. "

"I will be moving into Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow today. It's just 7 minutes from my house. I looked into their assisted living, but they didn't have a 1-bedroom apartment. I had to bring my dog and just a studio room would not be enough. We decided that independent living would be perfect for me. It's very nice, and the apartment is perfect. It's a 2-bedroom with 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a nice kitchen. They have a laundry room and a closet; it's just perfect. The staff were very nice and accommodating during my tour. They have a swimming pool for independent living. If you're in assisted living, you have to have a doctor's order to do that. They have a dining room that's open all day. It's just a lovely setting. I have a little patio, and it looks out to the woods."

"I toured Vitalia Senior Residences at Montrose. The experience was very, very positive. That was the nicest of all three. We toured the facilities. They have a beautiful cafeteria. Food is very, very good, very well done, and very well served. It is an almost brand-new facility, maybe 5 or 10 years old maximum. It shows in the decor, ithe facility, and the apartments. The apartments are among the bigger styles that I saw. The staff is very professional and very attentive. The accommodations were really, really nice. From the library to the workout facilities, and everything else, they had a more comprehensive sort of activity program there."

"I went to Eden Vista of Stow. We liked that it looked clean and homey, not like a big, fancy hotel. The apartments had a living area, a kitchen area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The person who took us around was very friendly and very informative."

"The facility is new and beautiful! The food is delicious. The care givers are always kind and thoughtful. Our dad is very happy here in enhanced/assisted living."

"Hudson Meadows Retirement Community is a very nice facility, up to date and clean. The other place I toured offers townhouses but this one has all apartments. Their amenities are very nice. They have a snack bar and the food is very good. I ate a meal there and it was also very nice. They have a nice theater, they have a pool which is nice, and an indoor pool. They have a nice snack bar where you go, get popcorn or anything that you want."

"I am a resident of Springwood of Hudson. What I like best is the people and the very caring community here. The employees here, the manager, and our maintenance girl are very, very good people. Everyone cares about everybody and they do their jobs. I have a one-bedroom apartment and I have a balcony. I'm on the second floor. Amenities include all the utilities, cable, and washer and dryer. Most activities go on in the activity room. We have games and things we do at night. The courtyard outside is very nice. It has a grill, table and chairs, umbrellas and that type of thing. The staff is wonderful. I see, and it's not our staff's fault, different ways of wasting money as far as utilities go. We don't have meals prepared here."

"The rooms are spacious and well cared for. The MC coordinator and staff are all wonderful. They are caring and reactive to any situation. All are open to communication at any time of the day. Concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The activities staff, kitchen staff and custodial staff are great. I couldn't think of any better place for our father to live."

"I am a current resident of Danbury Wooster. I'm very happy that I chose this place. It's pretty much everything that I expected. From different places in the area, I think it's more what I wanted and what I needed. The whole thing is basically assisted, but I don't need a lot of assistance. I'm in a one-bedroom apartment. It's a living room, a bedroom, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There's a walk-in closet in the bedroom. There's a closet in the hallway, which is pretty good-sized. I have a covered patio. It's one of the better one-bedroom apartments. All the staff from the head person down to the one that scrubs the floors are all very helpful and pleasant. They know your name, and they are friendly. It's not like you're a number, you're a person. They serve three meals a day. Danbury is owned by StoryPoint, and they dictate the kind of meals they serve. The dietary, the people that cook the meals and the people who try to make things good, I'd give them a five. They try, but they're limited in what they can do. Wooster is a rural community and most of the people here are used to eating meat, potatoes, gravy and green beans or something like that. The menus that StoryPoint wants them to serve are like Mediterranean with more fish and grains and that kind of stuff. People are not used to eating it, so therefore they don't like it. Personally, I like it. We have two choices on every meal. We have very good activity people. There's always something going on. They bring people in to entertain. We go places. We have exercises every day. We go out to eat. This afternoon, they were showing a movie with popcorn and soda. I wish the money was a little less. They could do things a little more cheaply, but maybe not."

"They have one of the best staff's around. The caregivers have been nothing but helpful and understanding. The rooms are very spacious and wonderful."
