"Lutheran Home was very clean, well-kept, and quite nice. The staff also seemed very nice and committed. It's a fairly nice location, and the rooms are just average-sized. I think the pricing is fairly reasonable. If someone has a Lutheran or Christian background, it would be a very nice place for them. "

"Long-term care portion was great. CNA's and nurses were very caring, dietary staff were accommodating to needs. My mom needed therapy for a short time and she loved all the therapists. "

"Mercy Residential and Rehab was nice -- nothing fancy-- but adequate. The staff was good. They kept us updated as to my aunt's status and what they were doing with her. We got a shared room for her, and it was adequate. My first impression of this place was that "this isn't home," and it is not meant to be home. My aunt though commented that the food was very good. She was there for physical therapy, but they had daily activities for the residents like bingo and other games. What stood out to me regarding this facility was the caring nature of the staff. Many of them were there for the patients. When my aunt ended up in the hospital and when we went back to the rehab facility to pick the rest of her clothing, the staff that met us were all very concerned about her. "

"My grandmother enjoyed her stay at LindenGrove. It was hard for us to get her to leave the rehab unit. Staff was very attentive and took time out of their busy day to just sit and talk with her. I would recommend this place to everyone. "

This includes everyone, from the folks who wash the floors to the nurses and administrative staff. The Sisters put it over the top. This place is unsurpassed in many ways. "The place was nice, it was very clean and one of the nurses even had sex with me the day I got out for being such a good patient. It was a nice experience for sure. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful too. "

"The staff were really friendly. They showed us around and even introduced us to some of the clients that went there. This shocked me because usually when we visit different facilities they're really dry. Some don't take the time to talk to you or ask if you have questions. There was one time we looked at a facility and they gave us the quickest tour I have ever experienced. They zoomed right through it. That along with there dry voice and "i don't want to be here" attitude definitely got them scratched off of our list. if they can be so dry and careless with a simple tour, then that leads me to believe that they'll be careless with my grandmother. that's my biggest fear. no one wants their grandmother to be treated poorly anywhere at any time. That's why i look for quality facilities with genuine caring people. "

"Hales Corners Care Center was really nice, the people were really friendly, and very clean. The rooms were overall nice and decorated very nice. It's probably ten to 15 minutes away from the hospitals. I like the care there, and everybody's really nice. It had a nice layout. It's got good ratings because I looked at all the ratings of these places, too. They had their own rehab area instead of doing it in the rooms or having people come in. They had their own physical therapist there. The facility was a little outdated and old though."

"The Terrace at St Francis is part of a medical system in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I had toured it at one time. It a well kept building with studio and one bedroom apartment. The staff includes nurses and aides. A Chaplin is also available for Sunday mass for the residents. The resident enjoys their meals in a central dining room located of each of the 3 floors. When I toured was between meals, but there was a pot of coffee brewing and the residents were free to enjoy it when every it like. It also had a small general store for small items like tooth paste, denture cream and shaving cream. Each apartment had a kitchenette where the resident if able could prepare a bowl of cereal or pot of coffee. The staff provided all the medications and assisted with dressing and bathing the residents as needed. The residents that I encountered on the tour seems happy and content. I would say The Terrace seemed to be a pleasant comfortable place to live if you need assistance in your later years. "

"My brother-in-law was a resident of Heritage Square Health Care Center. That's a good one because he was very hard to please and hard to get along with. They did good, but he wasn't always happy, but that was partly due to the problems he was having. He liked it better there than in the hospital. He could be great one day, and then a little challenging the next. But under the circumstances, I'm sure they understood them. It's clean and nice. The people were very friendly and accommodating. He liked the food."

"After falling and breaking a bone in her leg, my mom stayed at Golden Living Centers. The staff here were wonderful. They provide a free meal for the family and the meal was served at their "bistro". We had a choice of two entrees and were served like we were in a restaurant. My mom was kept very busy with activites like bingo and movies. All the other patients were friendly, happy and outgoing and my mom made many friends, some cried when my mom left. The staff took the time to treat the patients as people, listend to their wants and needs, doing what they could to fulfill the needs. My mom talks about this being the only place she would go back to for rehab. When leaving the nurses that were discharging her welcomed her to come and visit whenever she wanted. Her stay at Golden Living Centers was a wonderful experience. "

" My husband fell and fractured his hip. He spent one month in the skilled nursing facility at the Congregational Home. He entered totally dependent on others for his care and left almost totally independent.He received exceptional care. Any time an issue arose I was contacted immediately. If I had a question I received a timely response from the case worker, the nurse, the social worker, or PT therapists. We were told the food was delicious and it proved to be true. I would recommend the Congregational Home to anyone seeking a temporary rehab location."

"The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a working heater/air conditioning system, color TV, single rooms only that are roomy and with blinds on the window and a view of a well cared for courtyard. Food is pretty tasty and they adapt to food allergies. I have been a full-time resident for three years as of January 5, 2021. Rehab is excellent and caring and skilled at getting a resident in their best shape. I highly recommend maple ridge health services for and long-term or short-term care. "My father was at Cameo Care Center after a recent hospitalization. The facility was in good repair, no odors of urine that I have experienced in other facilities. The residents appear to happy and are engaged in activities whenever I visit. If I have a concern or complaint, there are staff members available to assist. If they cannot help me, they get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I have a large family and each member can have different expectations. The facility tries to accomodate each one of us to the best of their ability, even when we are being difficult to deal with. They try very hard to make sure that dad is comfortable, safe and adjusting. He is picky with his food preferences, and changes his mind frequently and the kitchen staff does whatever they can. Our family has had an overall good experience at Cameo. "
