Hales Corners Care Center was really nice, the people were really friendly, and very clean. The rooms were overall nice and decorated very nice. It's probably ten to 15 minutes away from the hospitals. I like the care there, and everybody's really nice. It had a nice layout. It's got good ratings because I looked at all the ratings of these places, too. They had their own rehab area instead of doing it in the rooms or having people come in. They had their own physical therapist there. The facility was a little outdated and old though.

My mother had a wonderful time here at Hales Corners Care Center and I meant a lot of the people Joan, Dorothy, Dorothy, Alberta, Gladys, Margot, Doris, and all the nurses and aides that helped my mom out to prove her rehab I really thank you all for having me here and being a very special friend to everyone here and I will keep my promise to come here and visit everyone so that we can have a lot of fun and games and I'll miss you all very much

My wife has been in Hales Corner Care Center for a little over a month for rehab. It’s a small nursing home with about 63 beds, but it’s very nice compared to the other ones I was familiar with in the past. It’s very good. The staff takes good care of you, are usually pretty fast if you need something, and don’t keep you in your room much. They’re usually in a rec room where they have entertainment, games, and things like that. The dining room is superb. I go there every day for lunch, and the food is good. They have a therapy room, and everything is all on one floor.

Had a family member there. Very understaffed. No cooperation between nurses and CNA's. A lot of "blaming".
