I toured Franklin Place Memory Care. The facility was very clean, very well maintained, and welcoming. I like the idea that they had different pods, and each pod was named after birds or a harbor. Then they had framed pictures on the walls so that the residents could recognize, like, 'Oh, birds! This is where I live.' They had shadow boxes outside of each room where the family could put pictures or memorabilia, so that the patient could recognize that it was their room. I think the activities that they had scheduled would be very beneficial. We were very, very happy with what they had to offer. It was very expensive. Nevertheless, the staff members were so welcoming and very friendly. And they answered all our questions.

I toured Franklin Place Memory Care. I think people seem kind of confused and running around. It didn't seem very organized. The person who showed us around seemed very nice, but she seemed kind of frazzled. The rooms were good. The whole maintenance for the whole building was terrible, and in very much need of repair.

We loved that it was a small community, and we liked the place. The staff was very friendly, caring, and pleasant. It was very welcoming, nice, fancy, and on the higher end.
