My dad is a resident of The Auberge at Brookfield. They are a very nice community, very clean, and nicely furnished. Everyone that you come in contact with is always accommodating and very friendly. He seems to be getting good care and good food. There's a chef on staff. They're also willing to accommodate you if you don't like what's on the menu for the day. They can take something else. It has been a positive experience. It's somewhat modern and it's roomy. He has a nice view of the courtyard. He hasn't really participated in a lot, but they do have a lot of things that they do with the residents. They do try to keep them socializing, but it depends on the individual. I have no regrets about putting them there, but that is very costly.

I thought about Auberge at Brookfield a lot but to get the price down, you have to do a shared room there, and I don't know if my mom could do that. You don't get the shared room right away, though. They put you in a private room at first and that's $7,000 to start with, whereas if you have a roommate, it's $4000. I like the place very much, but it all has to do with the money. The shared rooms are the same size as the private rooms. Richard was the one who toured me around and he was wonderful and very nice. Everything was nice there.

What a beautiful community! Very spacious, very welcoming and such a diverse population. Secure environment so mom can walk all round, no stairs and as she ages, she will not need to move to a memory care she can stay in her own room, very impressive! The Courtyard is GORGEOUS!!! Very

What a beautiful and clean community! Very large building for my mom to walk around and Tina had a resident tour with us to let us know what a day in the life at Auberge looked like and we were very impressed. The staff were very friendly and Tina took the time to walk through all of our questions and was very passionate and knowledgeable in the healthcare field, which we are not and this helped tremendously! I wish we toured here first as this was exactly what we were looking for!

The Auberge at Brookfield is beautiful. My husband has plenty of room to walk, and that's what he needed, but I'm not sure if they're following all of their standards. My husband sleeps in whatever I've put him in and I've been the only one who's showered him so far. They don't have a lot of residents there right now, and so I think he should be getting better care. I've eaten there several times and the meals were tasty every time. I just don't think they were giving enough greens, like green beans, peas, or even vegetables. In the first couple of meals that I ate there we got potato chips and my husband got a whole sandwich. The next time we had meatloaf. The meatloaf might have had a vegetable, but it was so small. They have bingo, arts and crafts, a weight room with a time schedule if/when they can use it, and entertainment (I've been there for that and it was very good entertainment). They have a lady that does their nails and my husband got his nails trimmed and clear polish was put on them, and they looked stunning. There's a music lady where she did a video and then played records and talked about it. I've sat through that and that was excellent. I actually see music in the daily calendar every now and then. So, they have great activities. I think they're better than the average. They just need some improvement.

My father-in-law is at Auberge at Brookfield. It's very clean and well-lit. So far, I've really liked that they actually do the activities that they say they're going to do and I've been impressed with it as well as the attention from the director when we have had questions or concerns. I think one of the main reasons why we chose that place was because of the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and seemed to be attentive. The food was the best I've seen, too. A couple of times I saw the activity director working with the residents on current events, like trying to keep them up to date on what is happening in the news and then asking them later about what they remembered. I think their activities director is pretty impressive. She also gets them to play cards and just gets them involved, which I appreciate.

We have selected The Auberge at Brookfield for my aunt. So far, we're pleased. We were able to go for an in-person visit. We met with the director, the head nurse, and some of the aides, and so far it seems to be going all right. We were able to move her furniture. She moved from a hospital, and they transported her to The Auberge. That all seemed to have gone smoothly. She has a nice, large room with two great-big windows. It's very clean, and it's been updated with new flooring and new paint. It's very nice. they have several community rooms and a beautiful outdoor courtyard. They have several therapy dogs there that belong to employees, and they come to work with their owners. She is on nectar-thick and puréed food, and as far as that goes, I believe it's all right. It's very expensive, but there are a lot of people taking care of my aunt right now. They're fully staffed.

I visited and they were enticing. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were also very nice. I was impressed most with the people. They were very involved with the residents. When I was there, they were playing music for them, and the residents were all partaking in it.
