"Overall, I would give Franklin Place Memory Care a five. I liked it because it was kept clean. They had many activities and amenities like a salon on the premises, and they had courtyards that people could go into without having to go outside the building, so they're secure. The rooms were nice. We had the option of either doing a shared bathroom with two separate rooms on the side or having a private room, so that was nice. They had a lot of walking areas where they could get out. I met the admissions person. She was very nice, very helpful, and understanding. I met with some of the other people who helped with the clients directly, and they were very outgoing, helpful, and friendly. The facility looks relatively new. The grounds were kept up, and landscaping was done well."
