"Laurel Oaks Senior Living looked very clean and well-maintained. The staff and residents were friendly. Everything looked very comfortable. Some of the rooms are spacious, and some are not large, so you get to pick whatever suits you. I was looking at independent living, but the assisted living people move in among the independent living people if they want to go to the dining room or go for the entertainment and social things they have. I looked at the menu, and it looked like good things. They had several community rooms and a physical training room. They have a very nice dining room, a library, and a beauty or barbershop. The prices were posted, and they looked very, very reasonable. It seems like a top-notch facility. I met some of their physical therapists and recreation planners. They seemed very competent, caring, and courteous. They have sidewalks that go past the house. There are city parks right next to them. They also let the residents plant in the gardens if they want to."

"Village at the Falls is a very nice place. My mom loved it, and we all liked it because we saw a lot of various activities that my mom could participate in. They have shuttle buses that could take her anywhere she wants, six days a week. They also have a beauty salon. From dinner to socializing with other senior citizens, the accommodations are great, and the rooms are really nice. We are trying to get a one-bedroom, but they only have a two-bedroom at the moment.
