I toured Laurel Oaks Senior Living and it was great. The entire facility, the staff, and all were accommodating of age, disability, and different personalities. I particularly liked the amenities and enjoyed the experience. The dining area is wide open and comfortable. It's not sterile, but rather clean, open, and airy, which is nice.

I liked everything about Laurel Oaks Senior Living. It was just out of my financial bracket. The staff was very professional and friendly. They had everything that I was looking for and all the activities that they utilize there. The one bedroom was nice. It was a little smaller than what I wanted, but I couldn't afford it anyway. You would have to choose at least one meal a day with them there and that was something that wasn't quite interesting to me. I prefer making my own meals. The dining room was nice. It was a very pleasant atmosphere that I experienced there. It was immaculate.

We went to look at Laurel Oaks Senior Living. The director was not available at that time, so it was pretty much a tour of what rooms they had available. It wasn't too much about the programĀ and how to proceed. The facility is beautiful and it looks like a park. The maintenance person really knew a lot about the facility, so he answered the questions that he could answer. The rooms looked comfortable, and some were more spacious than others, but they still looked like it was a great place to have as their own.

Laurel Oaks Senior Living looked very clean and well-maintained. The staff and residents were friendly. Everything looked very comfortable. Some of the rooms are spacious, and some are not large, so you get to pick whatever suits you. I was looking at independent living, but the assisted living people move in among the independent living people if they want to go to the dining room or go for the entertainment and social things they have. I looked at the menu, and it looked like good things. They had several community rooms and a physical training room. They have a very nice dining room, a library, and a beauty or barbershop. The prices were posted, and they looked very, very reasonable. It seems like a top-notch facility. I met some of their physical therapists and recreation planners. They seemed very competent, caring, and courteous. They have sidewalks that go past the house. There are city parks right next to them. They also let the residents plant in the gardens if they want to.

I did a tour of Laurel Oaks Senior Living. We like it, that's number one. I think it would be a perfect fit for my mom so that she still has some kind of freedom. The programs that they offer meet what we were looking for in terms of nutrition and helping with her glucose. The biggest thing that we're struggling with is her diabetes; she needs glucose monitoring. Their programs in terms of entertainment and activities seemed like they would be more than well enough so that she wouldn't get bored. The staff was very friendly and seemed like they know what they're doing. I don't have to worry about the professional side of stuff. The location is perfect; I don't think that would be for every family, but it's just like a couple of minutes away from our house. That's why we were interested in it. In the public areas, they would use for activities, they just make sure that it is clean. With patients that may display symptoms, they try their best to not have them leave their room. They can't space it out six feet apart because their attendance for certain stuff varies. They did say that they have like a maximum amount of how many attendees they can have, but it's not like spaced apart with the six feet.
