Having visited this senior care facility multiple times over the past year, I am compelled to share my deeply troubling observations. My firsthand experience left me with serious concerns about the quality of care and the facility's operations. The Facility The condition of the facility was consistently poor during my visits. The carpets, floors, and windows were noticeably dirty, creating an unwelcoming and unhygienic environment. Much of the equipment, including wheelchairs and furniture in resident rooms, appeared worn out or broken, which raised questions about the facility's maintenance standards. A persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the building further detracted from the overall experience. The Care The level of care I witnessed was highly concerning. Residents were frequently left unattended in hallways for extended periods, which seemed neglectful and dismissive of their needs. Call lights often went unanswered for hours, leaving residents without timely assistance. I personally overheard multiple residents express frustration about significant delays in receiving their medications or receiving medications that did not align with their prescriptions. Staff appeared more focused on their own schedules than ensuring residents were properly fed, hydrated, or cared for, which undermined the trust I expected from a senior care provider. The Staff My interactions with the staff were consistently disappointing. The majority were unresponsive, dismissive, and lacked the professionalism I would expect in a senior care setting. When I attempted to address concerns about resident care, I received curt or evasive responses. The management seemed particularly ineffective, showing little initiative to address issues or engage with visitors, which further eroded my confidence in the facility’s operations. Summary Based on my firsthand observations, I strongly advise against choosing this facility. The unclean environment, inadequate care, and unprofessional staff created an experience that fell far short of acceptable standards for senior care. I urge others to carefully evaluate this facility and consider alternative options to ensure their loved ones receive the quality care they deserve.

Very long wait to be assisted to the restroom. Medications not given correctly.

My father was there for less than 36 hours, due to lack of care and inadequate equipment my father died. Upon arrival at the facility I was told by staff that they had to remove the bipap machine from my father stating it was "smothering him, not functioning properly". The next morning my father was found by my brother unable to breath, grey in color and falling off his bed. No guard rails were installed and no one had been checking on him, although staff stated they were just in his room. Had they been they would have seen his condition. His oxygen machine was immediately put on him and when switched on it exploded. Staff began CPR while screaming for another oxygen machine, which they were not able to locate timely. Paramedics transported my father to the ER where he passed away from heart failure due to lack of oxygen.

Long-term care portion was great. CNA's and nurses were very caring, dietary staff were accommodating to needs. My mom needed therapy for a short time and she loved all the therapists.
