"I moved my aunt into Regency so she could be close to me. Her previous care center was not great. I never knew a care center could be so amazing. The staff which know me on first name bases, Are always kind and answer my questions. It is a family like atmosphere and I enjoy visiting. I enjoy it so much that I am filling out paperwork so I can volunteer there. I’m so grateful that there is a place so wonderful in Monroe. To know, my aunt has the best care gives me peace of mind. "My first impression of the facility when i walked in was very clean and very organized. The people who worked at the front desk were very polite and welcoming. they answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home. They took us on a brief tour around the property. The Rooms were quaint but were nothing to get excited over. The family member who live there says that she enjoys the group activities that the staff has planned on a regular basis. The Nurses Treat each and every person like they are their own family member, and takes care of them to the best of their ability. Over all if i had to live there i wouldn't be disappointed. The other residents who live there seem to be happy with the living conditions. The rooms feel quite cozy and are well ventilated. The scent of the facility was pleasant and not the usual old people smell that you would expect. The Rates per month are about the same everywhere else. "

"The tour experience at Emerald Heights is great. The facility was amazing. It was a gated community. It was high-class. They had a pool, a workout facility, and a great crafts room. Their apartments were amazing. They took us through all of their apartments and then their care units. So you buy in, and then you pay a monthly fee. The monthly fee stayed the same as long as you were there. And if, for some reason, you couldn't pay anymore, they had something where they would continue paying for your care because they had money in reserve for stuff like that happening in case people outlived their funds. It was an amazing facility with amazing grounds. The staff members were amazing and nice. The people we met were very nice, talkative, and friendly. We looked at the menu, and it was great."

"It was a decent place. The nursing staff was helpful as was the rehab, he made a full recovery. The rooms from what I saw were very clean. A nice dining hall with TVs and board games. Each room had cable television. The place was very secure, the front door had a keypad lock to prevent some of the more elderly folks from making an unauthorized departure. My father stayed there for about a month and a half. When he got back they would send out a physical therapist to continue with his rehabilitation. I visited about 2-3 times a week and all in all from my limited experience I would rate it at a 4. The only downside I could really think of would be the food, but thats to be expected, it's a nursing home not a restaraunt. "

"The people at Bethany at Pacific are good. My loved one is there right now. They do their best, but they are short-staffed too often. I think the cost is way over charged but then I think that about most health care things. The staff is very competent. They do an excellent job. They try to get as much cooperation out of the person as they can get. They're also concerned about the patient's wants. Sometimes the patients are too moody to do anything, but they'll come back later."

"Right now, Everett Transitional Care Services is helping my wife with nursing care and physical therapy. They also do hospice care. The staff members are very nice. The facility itself is very well kept up. It has 2 floors and there are only 31 beds on each floor, so it's a smaller facility. This is for people who need transitional care and have nowhere else to go. They have homeless people there that came from a hospital and there's nowhere to put them, but it's kept up very, very nice. Their food is like any other hospital, but it's okay for hospital food, and it's better than the other nursing home my wife was at for a week. There is a couple of things that I didn't like, but they're very minor. With regard to the staff, most of the nursing staff and the aides are great. They're very, very thorough with cleanliness and everything. They really try and keep Covid under control there. When patients get Covid, they're very, very good about everything. My wife doesn't participate in activities. She doesn't like the activities, but a lot of the patients like them. They try to keep them active. The activities director and the activities assistant are great people. They're always upbeat. Even though they know my wife isn't going to participate, they still ask. The social worker there is spot on. I've worked with a lot of social workers these last six months with my wife and the one that's there is so detailed. She is the best social worker I've worked with. She is really good. If she doesn't know the answer, she doesn't pass the book. She will find the answer."

"My mom is in the Life Care Center of Kirkland, and she'll be there for a while. It's nice and clean. The room is nothing fancy, but it's nice. Most people have a roommate. The staff seem nice. In terms of activities, they offer movies and bingo. They have small dining areas, but they eat in their rooms most of the time. You can have it delivered to the dining room if you want, but for the most part, it's delivered to your room. The staff members are great. They could use more staff though."

"My husband is spending time in Mountain View Rehabilitation for physical therapy and occupational therapy. So, they're trying to strengthen him up so that he can regain the use of his left leg and foot, which were affected by a recent stroke. He's making good progress. He's getting stronger every day but it truly is dependent on the attitude of the patient as to how well this type of physical therapy works, and he's been improving. I go there every day to see him. At first, he's been lying in bed in between his therapy visits and now he's up sitting in his wheelchair, which is a good sign for him. It's not only been a physical battle but it's been a mental battle for him. The physical therapy is really good. They're very kind, very gentle, but they're very strong. They try and encourage the patient to continue if they're struggling mentally, encourage them that they're doing a great job, and I know they've spent extra time with my husband in trying to get him to the point where he can come home one day. So, that's where our goal is with him, trying to get him to come back where he can take care of himself. They're working on his grooming and they're working on him being able to utilize the shower and things like that on his own. He has really improved dramatically at the place. You can tell that everyone there is gifted to do this kind of work with people. They have compassion. They've been really great with my husband and I. My husband shares a room so I know the interaction between both patients has been very professional and very good. When they bring in their food, they don't just put it on the table and walk off. They actually make sure the patient is able to cut the food up and eat it by themselves. So, they have a heart of servants. I have not seen one staff member in that place that doesn't have that attitude. They realize that this is somebody's grandmother or grandfather or maybe their parents. They give them really good care. They make sure they have everything that they need. If I have a concern, they address it immediately (these are the CNAs and the housekeeping people). They're all about the patient and making sure they walk in with a smile and they greet them very sweetly in the morning, like "Good morning! How are you?" They supply newspapers for them and things like that. The staff has been great. I have not tried the food, but I've been tempted. It smells good and looks good, and my husband is a pretty picky eater. It's hot when they get it. They have homemade rolls and I think that they do a really good job on the food. My husband pretty much eats it all. Like he's starving at every meal. Also, every morning they get a piece of paper showing what they're going to get for their three meals. If they want to order something off of a separate list, they have the ability to order a hamburger or grilled cheese or whatever from a whole list of items if they don't want what's being served. They have a wide variety of activities for the residents. When my husband got there, they went over a list with him and checked it off to make sure he gets a schedule where he can go in there every week."

"I recently was able to visit Aldercrest again and I have to say I am overjoyed with the good changes I see!! The last time I visited the top person there was very rude to me because I asked a question. I see he is no longer there. The place is so clean now, before it looked and felt dirty. The staff is happy and very helpful and were so polite. My friend was painting a craft when I arrived and they have a cute garden area. This place deserves 10 stars for the improvements its made!!!!!!! so glad to see this company cares about taking care of people the right way!!!!!"

"I thought they were professional and attentive. They did a really nice job with her. Her room was absolutely clean; it was fine. I think the food was always good, and they tried really hard to make sure that she had something that she would eat. They did have activities; my mom did not choose to participate in them, but they invited her often. They have a rehabilitation room where they did the rehabilitation. I thought their communication to the family could have been better. We often had to find out things through my mother, and her interpretation skills are not as good as they used to be. "

"My husband was in Shoreline Health and Rehabilitation Center for six weeks. They were great with him. They were so cheerful and helpful. The orthopedic doctor really doubted that he would be able to walk on that leg again because he's in his 90s now and didn't think it would heal, but they worked with him out there, did physical therapy, and he's walking on it again. They had wonderful physical therapy there. He had a room all to himself, so he liked that. He could look out the window and get in his wheelchair and wheel himself around, too, if he wanted to get out of there, and wander and visit. I asked him how the food was, and he said it's all good. We didn't go into the dining area. He had his meals in his room. They brought it to him. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I can't complain about anything. They were constantly cleaning, and they kept it neat. There were exercises they could do sitting in their wheelchairs or regular chairs, and I joined in a couple of times. It was fun. We donated a bunch of books to the little library they have there, too. They had different things going on, and it was just nice and very pleasant. They have areas outside where you can wheel yourself right out or wheel someone else out and sit out in the sun. We did that a lot. They transported him over to a hospital, so they could do X-rays and scans on his hip over there, and got him back to Shoreline."
