"The Facility is very clean and newly updated. About two years ago I was working for a construction company and we did a full renovation on the whole building. I painted all the bed rooms and updated them so they are more convenient and easier on the eyes they are very soothing colors which relaxes you and makes you feel more comfortable. While I was there I met many of the nurses, doctors and other staff. Every one was very friendly and took very good care of the patients. I have been in a couple other facilities and I dont think they were as nice as this one. Cedar park is located along a main bus route and has very easy free way access so it is very easy to get to and very easy to visit even if you dont have a car. I would recommend this place to any of my friends for their parents and I would even consider bringing my parents here in the future if needed. "

"We're looking to move my father-in-law to The Oaks at Lakewood. It was clean and had no odors of any kind, it was well taken care of and that's important. The staff members were polite. I was sitting there for me because I couldn't walk around the whole place. While I was sitting there, everybody was leaving for the evening and said, "Hi, how are you doing?" They made sure I was acknowledged and I wasn't even there to stay myself. Everybody was so polite. Their menu looks really good and it looks like they have a lot of activities planned for them all the time, to keep them busy. The room we saw was nice. My father-in-law will most likely have a roommate, which is good because he will have somebody to talk to all the time. And they were clean so we like that. Nothing seems damaged or not fixed, everything's nice to look at."

"My sister is a patient here and their services exceeded my expectations. All the staff like social worker, Physical therapists, nurses, care assistants are fabulous. All our concerns, needs and inquiries were addressed very well and promptly. My sister recovered and improved her mobility and able to perform her basic ADL's back to baseline, thanks to their physical therapy staff for their job well done. The rooms are clean and bed linens are also always clean too. I will highly recommend Agility skilled facility !!!"

"My mom is a resident of Life Care Center of Puyallup. It's very good. The people there are very attentive. They're very caring and very proactive. It's a good experience for my mom, other than the fact that she's a little depressed because she's in such bad shape now, which is normal. They're really good, I really like the people there. They're very quick to address issues, because my mom has her own phone, and she's in her right mind. So, when I call her and she has any concerns, I call the front desk and ask to speak to the appropriate person. They put me right through to them and when I hang up two or three minutes later, they're in my mom's room addressing the issue, so they're really good. My mom doesn't do any of the activities, but they have a lot of good ones from what I understand. I would give them a five for activities, for all the activities I've heard of, and the things that they get in there. I can't say enough about the place. I think they're just really excellent. They provide excellent care."

"We moved my mother to this facility after she was diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer only 4 days before. Every one of her caregivers from the RN's to housekeeping were very helpful, informative, and attentive to my mom's every need as well as ours. Over all her treatment was stellar. The caring atmosphere was genuine. The staff were so helpful and empathetic to our situation. Even though her stay was short, every aspect of my mothers care was treated with dignity and respect. I would most certainly recommend Linden Grove to anyone who desires personalized compassionate care. "

"They treat me really nice here. In my case I’m pretty stable but they help me make my bed and are helping me look for a home. They help me with my diabetic diet that I don’t know how to manage on my own. Nurses do their job well Jeri is the best and she does her job without asking, she is so nice to the patients. The rooms are big, I have my own tv and closet. "

"My Husband was in the Garden Terrace Rehab in Federal WA from the 29th of June to the 25th of July. I cannot express our Thanks for such efficient care he received during his rehab visit. I would like to express our thanks for the care from Melinda, Liz the RN and Lucy the RN also. They made his stay so enjoyable!. The rest of the staff in the Azalea Gardens were so EXCELLENT also. "I am currently staying at Franke Tobey Jones Retirement Estates and it is a fabulous place. It is a continuous care community on a very large piece of property that's beautiful with independent duplexes and nice apartments for independent living, so you buy into it. They have 21 duplexes. I'm in one of the 2-bedroom duplexes with a kitchen, a garage, and a back porch. All my maintenance is taken care of. The gardens are taken care of. To get a duplex and live here, I had to put down $150,000, which I could get back partially if I left within five years, and then every month I pay rent. The meals in the duplexes are not included, but you can add that service just like you can have housekeeping service if you want, instead of doing it yourself. They are like senior universities. They offer lots and lots of things to do both on campus and off campus, and via the Internet. They also have a gym, exercise classes daily, art classes, woodworking shops, and movies. You just call maintenance and they come over, and you can call security if you have any concerns. I could not be happier and safer."

"My wife was there for rehab for 2 1/2 months. I was there with her from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week and ate lunch there every day for $5. It is very obvious to me why there have a 5 star rating. I don't know who would have given them a 4 on staff. The staff are like ministering angles. I don't know where you could get a better more caring staff. If I ever have to be in a home I hope my children will put me at Cottesmore at Gig Harbor, Wa. "
