"The Facility is very clean and newly updated. About two years ago I was working for a construction company and we did a full renovation on the whole building. I painted all the bed rooms and updated them so they are more convenient and easier on the eyes they are very soothing colors which relaxes you and makes you feel more comfortable. While I was there I met many of the nurses, doctors and other staff. Every one was very friendly and took very good care of the patients. I have been in a couple other facilities and I dont think they were as nice as this one. Cedar park is located along a main bus route and has very easy free way access so it is very easy to get to and very easy to visit even if you dont have a car. I would recommend this place to any of my friends for their parents and I would even consider bringing my parents here in the future if needed. "

"What a wonderful facility staffed with knowledgeable, caring, supportive staff. My Mom is in under an intensive Occupational and Physical Therapy program after experiencing a major health issue. I have found the administrative staff to be most helpful, the receptionist, Venus, a shear delight and each person, as a part of the care team, working with my Mother to be extremely supportive, caring, compassionate with a high level of skill brought to their individual occupations. The facility itself is clean and maintained very well. There is a lovely dining room where one can join their loved ones for meals, activities to keep residents attitudes upbeat and where they can choose to be as busy and active as they wish. I give Kindred Care a Five Star rating! "

"I broke my femur in late 2023 and spent about 10 days at St Joe's for surgery and initial rehab before being transferred to Agility. Goal was to get so I can get to the bathroom using a walker and get to the physical therapy room and use their mock stairs as I have a few steps in/out of my house. Clean, presentable, but not fancy facility (older facility from the early 90's) and common shower rooms need to be redone but still serviceable. They will even wash laundry as needed for patients. Food is OK, nothing special and lacking imagination in what is served but always kept one supplied with water in insulated cups with ice so it's cold. Generally quiet, but not always with all lights off at night in rooms. Each room has 2 beds, though one patient in my wing kept hollering for help instead of using their button to notify staff, so irritating and wanted to tell him/her to knock it off with the hollering as they are bothering everyone else. Overall, a good facility for rehab when necessary."

"My husband is currently staying at Life Care Center in Puyallup, WA. This is his second time being there. The staff is outstanding and the care he has and is receiving is the best. They are very caring people, from the front desk to the kitchen help. The building is older but it is clean and there are no smells. I would recommend this care center to everyone. "

"We moved my mother to this facility after she was diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer only 4 days before. Every one of her caregivers from the RN's to housekeeping were very helpful, informative, and attentive to my mom's every need as well as ours. Over all her treatment was stellar. The caring atmosphere was genuine. The staff were so helpful and empathetic to our situation. Even though her stay was short, every aspect of my mothers care was treated with dignity and respect. I would most certainly recommend Linden Grove to anyone who desires personalized compassionate care. "

"I had been in Avalon Care Center in the rehab center after my stroke. My experience there was very good. I really liked the people. I had a lot of health issues and they were very attentive. I would highly recommend this place. They had therapy and everything, so that was wonderful. "

"My mom is at Garden Terrace now. It's a beautiful facility, doesn't smell bad, and everyone who works there is really nice. It's a great place. The staff is very good, and the food is OK. My mom is actually in the Alzheimer's unit now, and they have more activities, like they keep everybody in the living room all day for coloring and doing crafts. The other wing doesn't have that because it's just a short-term place; it's not a place where people go to live. They stay there until their rehabilitation is over, and then they leave. Right now, she's in a private room, and it's nice. The staff is just really so nice. It's also very clean, and it doesn't smell. "

"My Grandmother has lived at Tobey Jones for about two years now. I believe the whole facility has three separate buildings. Part is dedicated to independent seniors who live in their own apartments, and the rest is for people who need closer medical attention. My grandma has her own apartment with a kitchen, mainroom, bedroom, and bathroom, plus a outdoor balcony with a storage closet. She also has her own assigned parking space. She is very pleased with it and has no intention of moving anywhere else. She keeps active by attending art classes, participating in art shows, and attending concerts that are put on in the main building. The facility has a gym area with workout machines, and a cafe open for lunch with soups and sandwiches. I can't speak to the nightly food service, but I believe they have a dining room for those without a kitchen and she is free to eat there if she likes. Her apartment building has a lavish lobby sittingroom with a fireplace and a very friendly receptionist. The lawns and walkways are very clean and well-manicured with bushes and other plants. I have always felt comfortable visiting her there. "

"This is so far the “Best” Rehab/Therapy staff I ever worked with. I was a former resident here and I was admitted entering the facility on a wheelchair after a spinal fusion surgery. I was greeted by very amazing and friendly staff of the administration. All my caring needs were met through outstanding nursing staff. They were all very attentive to my needs and helped me tremendously. The food was great and it was always the right temperature. Housekeeping was always sanitizing and cleaning my room every time I come back from therapy. Activities were fun and enjoyable and some memorable moments with other people that were there. Social Services were very helpful and kind. But most of all, the Rehab staff, PT/OT therapists and all others who willingly went over and beyond in working with me to get better and better. I know my recovery was due to them and I thank God for these amazing individuals. They were so encouraging and motivating me into walking again. A month and a half later, I was up and walking. Walking out when discharged on my own and I owe it to everyone who was working side by side with me but mostly to the man above for the strength! It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you again and God bless you all."
