I will say, our family had reservations in the begin of my father transition upon arriving to this facility. The management staff teamed together quickly with a game plan for my fathers well being. Our family worked with the nurses to assist in providing my father the most comfortable care possible. They have been wonderful. The facility is clean, the residents seemed happy. There was live music and events. The staff was always polite and helpful. Our family is forever thankful to all of the kind hearts that helped our father peacefully transition.

The entire staff is very professional and caring. They are handling the co-vid crisis extremely well and I am glad that my brother who is a long term resident and needs full care is a resident there. I would not think of having him anywhere else. I give them the highest rating in every regard.

This is so far the “Best” Rehab/Therapy staff I ever worked with. I was a former resident here and I was admitted entering the facility on a wheelchair after a spinal fusion surgery. I was greeted by very amazing and friendly staff of the administration. All my caring needs were met through outstanding nursing staff. They were all very attentive to my needs and helped me tremendously. The food was great and it was always the right temperature. Housekeeping was always sanitizing and cleaning my room every time I come back from therapy. Activities were fun and enjoyable and some memorable moments with other people that were there. Social Services were very helpful and kind. But most of all, the Rehab staff, PT/OT therapists and all others who willingly went over and beyond in working with me to get better and better. I know my recovery was due to them and I thank God for these amazing individuals. They were so encouraging and motivating me into walking again. A month and a half later, I was up and walking. Walking out when discharged on my own and I owe it to everyone who was working side by side with me but mostly to the man above for the strength! It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you again and God bless you all.

Our mother lived at Hallmark Manor for seven months until she recently passed away. The staff did an excellent job providing the necessary care Mom required. Housekeeping kept Mom's room clean, odor free and organized. Items like towels, diapers, and plastic gloves had their place and were not just thrown on the counter or bed. Laundry took excellent care of Mom's clothes. They came back pretty much wrinkle free and were nicely hung on hangers. One could tell both Housekeeping and Laundry took pride in their work. Activities kept busy beautifully decorating Hallmark Manor for every holiday. The Harvest Banquet and Christmas party were two very special events. Cookies with Agnes we really looked forward to. We also enjoyed listening to those who came to share their music with the residents. We looked forward to our meals in the beautiful dining room which boasted chandeliers and picture windows. How Mom loved to sit at our favorite window table and watch the birds. The menu was varied, and the food was tasty. The nursing staff was most helpful, very caring and compassionate. Their smiles and laughter transferred over to the residents and their families. When there were problems, they listened and we problem solved together with positive results most of the time. They were excellent in keeping us up-to-date with Mom's status. All of the support staff - the aides, CNA's, and LPN's were consistently positive, took pride in their work and worked so very hard. They are truly the backbone to the success of Hallmark Manor We have no regrets placing our mother at Hallmark Manor and would recommend this facility whole heartedly. Sylvia & Betty

Truly a horror story of a place--my grandfather was here for both rehabilitation and hospice care but both were well below par with not much a difference in care. I put huge blame on management as there is ZERO accountability--I've emailed and called to speak to supervisors and such, but the closest I ever got was to a head nurse. No progress is made here--they do not listen nor care about the well-being of patients. This place is simply a place for them to collect money and capitalize on the weak and old.

Right now, my mom is in Hallmark Manor. The rooms are OK. They could be a little better, but they're OK for our needs right now. The staff is OK up to a point; some of them are good and some are so-so. She's not involved with activities, but I know they do bingo, have movie nights, sing-alongs, and other things I've seen posted on the board. Right now, they're just helping take care of my mother while we try to find her a more permanent place, and they've been very helpful in that respect.
