"Avamere Olympic Rehabilitation of Sequim is absolutely wonderful. They are doing a tremendous job with my father-in-law. They've been phenomenal helping him and taking care of his needs and making sure his medications and his blood sugar levels are doing good. He's in a shared room right now with another person. They keep the facility very nice and clean. They've got an individual bathroom, a sink, a hospital bed, a closet, a dresser, and a window and TV for each of the person. They've got a really nice dining room, a big rehabilitation room with equipment, a courtyard, beautiful garden and landscaping, several community rooms, and activities throughout the day. They have long-term care residents there as well. They do an excellent job on the food and they have a big cafeteria. The staff is very caring and well trained."

"I recently had a 2 month stay at Sequim Health and Rehab due to a hip fracture injury.. From the beginning of my stay, the staff there was very welcoming and accomodating. Cindy K. and Debra A. were a tremendous help in getting me situated and comfortable in my new surroundings. Activities Director Tina made sure I was aware of the many activities that were available to all residents. The Nurses and Nurses Aides were terrific; very knowledgable, and available any time day or night. Due to my condition, I spent a lot of time with the physical therapists that work there, and I developed a greater understanding and respect for all they do. There must have been 10 different therapists working there, all helping you to get the most out of your exercises, while also monitoring your pain level. All in all, I had a very comfortable, healing time in the 2 months that I spent there."

"Crestwood wasn't quite as modern. The facilities were older and might be not quite as nice, but they seemed to have adequate staff. They seemed very professional and on top of things. His room was clean but not as nice as the other one he stayed in. The food seemed good, and my father seemed to enjoy his stay there also. However, it was a lot farther for me to drive, and it would be better if they could make the rooms a little nicer, more cheery and home-like. "

"The staff were caring and positive, sincerely concerned with the well-being of their clients and residents both while staying at the Life Care Center and their future health and well-being. The facility itself is fairly new, clean, and well-maintained. Although I did not eat there, the food looked and smelled good. There is a cafeteria for residents who are ambulatory. Meals are served in resident's rooms for those who cannot or do not want to eat in the cafeteria. My mother was treated with friendly courtesy and respect. The staff creates a variety of events for long-term residents, I saw a musical performance put on by several of the residents during my visit there. Event staff create events open to residents' family members, and send out reminder notices to families of events, encouraging them to participate. The facility is secure, with visitor sign-in/sign-out, very flexible visiting hours, and staff closely monitors the location and condition of residents. "
