"It didn't take us long to get a caregiver from Homewatch Caregivers of Tacoma. They sent somebody who I talked to, they signed me up for somebody, and they came out the next day. They help me out with things regarding my in-laws who live with me. They cook and do some light cleaning. I have a track in the ceiling that helps me get from my bed to my wheelchair, and the caregivers help me with that so I can take a bath every day. I have them coming every day and extending their hours to 4:00 so they can do dinner as well. Every one of the caregivers is different and I've had various experience with them. I was told they do exactly the same thing, but they don't, they do different things. Overall, as far as trying to help correct problems and things like that, the agency has tried to correct things that I have called about."

"My mother is back home with an in-home care agency called SeaCare In-Home Care Services in Bellevue, WA, and they have been excellent. When I contacted them, their owner Brianna, came out and talked with myself and my mother to get an idea of what her needs were and get an assessment. She then began to send caregivers and we've worked with her. Some caregivers we have chosen over others, and she's been very accommodating in scheduling the caregivers that are working out the best. She's very attentive and communicative, she has great interpersonal skills and lots of knowledge about the industry. She has sent qualified, quality, and very competent in-home-care caregivers to our home."
