Senior Helpers has been very good and the caregiver has been very helpful and thoughtful. There was one incident happened this week where one cancelled, and the other one that was supposed to come here they didn't get here quite on time but generally they are always on time. They help my mother on her exercise and some hygiene. They are very helpful and thorough, and they have notebooks where the person can described what they've done on their time segment which helps me understand what's going on when I'm not here. That's very good.

Senior Helpers was able to find a caregiver for us in two days. We've been using their services for two weeks. The caregiver is knowledgeable with Parkinson's disease, spontaneous, knows what to do and does what needs to be done.
